Jin busied himself with work in the next months. He started to wonder what will be his specialization as he had to consider it before the year ends.

Taehyung decided to take neurosurgery. Yoongi decided to be an orthopedic surgeon back in Daegu.

Right now, Jin thinks he is good with General surgery.

He was reading his newly bought book for surgery and eating his quick lunch when he sighed thinking about it..

"What's up?" Someone asked suddenly.

Jin was surprised and almost dropped his cup noodles.

"Dr. Kim! You surprised me!" Seokjin said when he saw Namjoon.

"Sorry. I didn't mean to. How are you?" Namjoon said sitting beside Jin.

"I'm doing good. Thank you about the other day." Jin said to Namjoon.

"Since you owe me that..."

Jin looked at him with furrowed brows.

"The friend that visited you last time... well..."

"Oh, is Dr. Genius having a crush now?" Jin asked teasingly.

"Whatever! Asked the wrong person." Namjoon said and was about to stand up when Jin started writing in a paper.

"Jung Hoseok, cousin of Yoongi. Here's his number." Jin said handing the paper to Namjoon.

Namjoon bit his lip, getting shy as he doesn't really know how to do this.

"He also thinks you are sexy." Jin added.

Namjoon's eyes widened by what Jin mentioned but took the paper anyway and left abruptly.

Jin chuckled seeing Namjoon. He and Hoseok will have a lot of fun together.

He was about to go back to his food when he received a call from Taehyung. He happily answered the call.

"Jungkook, hon, are you feeling better?" Yugyeom asked as soon as he saw Jungkook open his eyes.

Jungkook looked at him and suddenly cried.

"Oh my god, Kook, anything hurts anywhere?" Yugyeom asked.

Jungkook did not say anything because he was trying to gather his thoughts.

His meeting with Taehyung gave him a pain he never thought he would feel again.

He breathe in large amount of air before talking. "I can't do this, Yugyeom." Jungkook said.

"W-what do you mean?"

"I am still in love with Seokjin and probably forever will be. I can't love anyone else but him." He said then looked away from Yugyeom.

Yugyeom held his hand and squeezed it. "I know what I got myself into, Jungkook. I know this time would come and I am sorry I had to force you to be in a relationship with me. I know you will never be mine and I understand you. Please just let me be here with you and take care of you."

Jungkook looked back at him.

"Please?"

Jungkook nodded.

They were in that position when they heard a knock.

"Come in." Yugyeom said.

Both of them were surprised to see Taehyung. Yugyeom knew him by pictures, and Jungkook did not know he was staying in that hospital, based on the coat he is wearing.

"Jungkook, can I talk to you?" Taehyung asked then looked at Yugyeom. "Privately?"

Yugyeom removed his hand from Jungkook then looked at Taehyung.

"I'll leave the two of you." He said then looked at Jungkook. "I'll just be outside."

As soon as Yugyeom closed the door, Taehyung stayed beside Jungkook. "Are you feeling better?"

"Yeah. You did not need to visit me."

"Your doctor asked me to." Taehyung said and Jungkook was surprised but tried his best not to show it. He knows the reason why Taehyung was asked to check on him.

"I will not go into that operation."

"Why didn't you tell me?" Taehyung asked.

"Why would I tell you?" Jungkook asked angrily.

"Is that why you decided to practice here in Singapore? When do you plan on having your surgery?"

"I am not in the mood for this. Go study and leave after."

"Yugyeom is a nurse, right?" Taehyung continue asking.

"Can't you just leave me alone?" Jungkook asked.

"I need answers, Jungkook! I need to know what happened? I want to know you will be okay! You're the only brother I ever had and I can't let you suffer like this. You were asleep for 3 days, not comatose but your brain's trauma caused you to not wake up! What if this will be the last time you'll wake up?!"

"Then let it be the last!" Jungkook said.

Taehyung was shocked. "You are not saying this."

"I just did. I am done fighting and I am done living." Jungkook said.

"Why? Is this about Seokjin?"

"Not everything is about him. I just stopped caring." Jungkook said.

"I will talk to your parents." Taehyung said about to call them as he picked up his phone.

"They already know and they can't overrule my decision." Jungkook said. "I am not sure for what more reason you are here, but I can assure you that my decision is final. I won't waste another months of my practice and I will finish my internship without the surgery."

"Jungkook, you can't function well."

"I can."

"Please, Jungkook..."

"My decision is final. Please leave." He said then turned away from Taehyung.

Taehyung breathe out.

As soon as he left Jungkook's room, he called Seokjin.
