"I brought you f---food." Taehyung said as he entered but saw Seokjin already eating for dinner.

"Hey, Taehyung. I told you there's no need to bring food." Jin said.

"It's okay. You can eat this later when you get hungry." Taehyung said putting the food on the side table.

Taehyung then saw the receipt of the food. He calmed himself when he saw the name on the card that was used for payment. He crumpled the paper and put it inside his pocket.

"I'm sorry, my surgeries and clinic hour took longer. Did Hoseok come?"

"Yes. He should be on his duty now." Jin answered after drinking the electrolytes bottle given to him also by Jungkook earlier.

"I see. What did the doctor say about---"

"Tae, I can handle myself." He said putting down his chopsticks.

"Jin, I am just trying to---"

"I know what you are trying to do. I know you want us back, but I can't anymore, Taehyung. No matter how many years passed, you commit the same mistake over and over again. You always knew Jungkook's whereabouts but you never shared it to me. Not even once." Jin looked at Taehyung. "He was my friend, my bestfriend. I lived seeing him half of my life. I celebrated my most special days with him for many years. I think I deserve to know even the truth if he was alive."

"Jin, I am sorry for hiding that. I just think you'll be back loving him if you knew." Taehyung said.

"How would I get back with him if there's nothing between us except friendship? He hurt me, too. He hid the truth from me and I was so hurt by it. And you never learned from it. You saw how I suffered because of that but you did the same. I think that part is worse. When you already know the reason why a person suffers and do the same to make them suffer again.

You and him are not different. You both lied to me when I was so in love with you and that hurts. Being betrayed by the person you love. And you did it not once but twice.

Tae, I am done with you. No matter what you do, I can't give it to you anymore. We might be able to build our relationship as friends but when I already know that I can trust you again. For now, please leave me.

Hoseok and Namjoon will help me tomorrow for my discharged papers. You can stop pretending that you are still in love with me and maybe you can leave me alone and just to compete with your cousin not including me in it."

"Jin, I am in love with you. This is not a competition."

"It feels like that for me. The way you do things now feel like a competition. You only started pursuing me again when Jungkook came back. If you really wanted me back you should have done it long ago."

"Because I am scared, Jin. I am scared now. I can't lose you to him. You're the only thing I have." Taehyung said.

"You lost me the moment you were dishonest with me." Jin said. "You lost me multiple times. And those flowers, I called the flower shop. They did not receive any request from someone named Taehyung. You could have told me they were not from you, but being silent, meant you also intended to make me believe they were from you. I am so done with you, Taehyung. Please don't make it harder for us. Just leave." Jin said.

Taehyung just looked at him not intending to go but his phone rang and had to leave because of the important call.
