"What was last night about?" He asked cuddling with her."What do you mean?" She asked sitting up slightly. "Well you kinda had something on your mind." He said. She shook her head. "No. I didn't have anything at all." She said slightly pitchy. He gave her a look. "Are you sure? It seems as though you did." He said. "Your just imagining things."She said pecking his lips and getting out of bed. He stared at her for a little bit. "What?" She asked. He shook his head. "Nothing. I believe you." He said and also got out of bed.
"You need to talk to me if there is ever something on your mind." He said. She nodded. "Yeah. I know." She frowned. "So now do you confess?" He asked. "What? No. I'm just saying that I know I should do that. And I thought you said you believe me?" She pouted. "I may be blonde but I'm not blind. I can tell when there's something going on in that pretty little head." He said pointing at her head. "I promise you its nothing. And if it was, I would've talked to you about it. But I need to run. Catch you later." She said quickly and pecked his lips then ran off. He sighed.
"No way dude. That's kinda crazy don't you think?" Rocky asked. "No. I just feel as though she is hiding something from me. I think something happened last night." He said. Rocky laughed. "Of course it did. I mean it was bound to happen." He said. He blushed. "No. Not that. I mean before she came upstairs while I was trying to figure out how to tie the tie for the tux." He said. "Was there anyone with her that could've caused disturbance?" He asked. "She was with her dad along with Mandi and this weird man and Sean." He said. Rocky choked. "Sean?" He asked.
"Yes Rocky. Sean." He rolled his eyes. "Ross. Sean and that weird guy is his uncle." He said. "Oh. Well them." He said. "I get it. Wait. Did you say Mandi was there with both of them present?" He asked. He nodded even though he couldn't see him. "Yes." He replied. "That means something is not right. They only show up somewhere to know what it is their game plan." He said. "What do you mean?" He asked.
"Dude. Sean is madly in love with Laura. He'd do anything to be with her. When they were younger, they would always be together. But her mom came in between them. And he would've been with her today if it wasn't for her death. I somehow think that he has something to do with it." He said think out loud. "Really? Why so?" He asked. "Well because everytime I talk to the guy, his uncle is always around him and he is always nervous for some reason when Mandi is also around. I never talked to him. But I have my suspisions of them."He said.
"Are you sure?" He asked. "I'm positive. I'd keep a good eye on him. He can't be trusted. Especially around Laura." He said. 'So he must've done something to her.' He thought to himself. "Thanks Rock. We'll hang out the weekend we fly out for her father's birthday." He said. "Speaking of which, has he approved?"He asked. "No. He said I won't be the one to love and hold her until death do us apart. He doesn't know that we're actually married but we told him that's what we wanted to do." He told his best friend. "Wow. You guys given this some thought?" He asked. He frowned.
"You think we won't last either?" He asked. "No. That's not it. Its just living together, married, soon to have kids, school for her, the pressure of not seeing each other for some time, isn't that bit much?" He asked. "I trust her with her decisions and I know she trusts me with mine. We'll make it all work." He said. "This is Marano's daughter your talking about. Be careful and I wish you both the best." He said. "Thanks. I'll text you later. Thanks." He said and hung up. " But--" He put his phone down. It chimed. 'In need of a taxi.' He got up and made his way out of the house.
"Ross!" She shouted happily. She ran in trying to find her husband. No response. "Ross!" She shouted. Only echoe. "Where is he?" She asked herself. She noticed the mail had come in. She smiled and walked over to it. She noticed once was for her and another was for him.She opened hers looking at her test results. They were pretty good. Not the best for her dad but they were good. And she earned good credit. B+. Wait til Marano seen them. She looked at his letter. She looked at the sender and her face stiffened. Stamped on was: Your choice. Her happy feelings from before were slowly disappearing. She heard keys and the door open. She turned around and he walked in. She hid it behind her.
"Hey sweetie. How was school?" He asked as he came to greet her. She smiled slightly as he kissed her cheek. "School was good. I aced my tests. And I also am doing well in most of classes." She said. "Really? That's awesome! I believe in you. You'll do amazing like always."He kissed her head and walked towards the living room. She followed behind. She stuffed the letter in her skirt and covered it with her shirt. He sat down on the couch and she sat on his lap.
He kissed her for a moment. She kissed back slightly. He looked at her confused as he pulled away from her. She nodded. She wrapped her arms around his neck and looked at him for a moment. "Its just that um...I seen some things today. And I guess those things I want to know more about."She bit her lip. "What kind of things?" He asked. She took a deep breath. "Things like why my stepmom is sending you letters to make choices." She said pulling the letter out and giving it to him.
