"Wow. Can you believe this week went by so fast?" She asked her father. Mandi rolled her eyes. That would be the lovely stepmother.Instead of supporting, she has let her own greed get to her head. Her father smiled."What will I get this semester?" He asked her. "I'll be able to be with Ross as long as I pass with flying colors. A's and high B's." She said. "And anything under?" He asked. "You'll transfer me back to Cali or send me abroad." She rolled her eyes. "That's my girl. See you in 3 months." He waved. She choked on the iced tea she was drinking.

"Three months?" She asked him. "Yes. She will be going for six months but we made plans to see her progress after a quarter." He answered. "Oh..." She said. Not really having a care in it what so ever. Laura smiled and hugged her dad. "Thanks dad. I won't disappoint." She said. He smiled and kissed her forhead.She gave him a big hug and then headed off to the jet. He noticed the chain around her wrist. "Laur..." He called. She looked at him as she was going up the stairs. He shook his head. "Have fun." He smiled. She smiled and nodded. "But not too much! I'll kill him!" He threatened.She chuckled and walked in the jet.

The servants haulted everything in for her. He wrapped his arm around her and looked at her. "So how long do you think she'll last?" She asked. "Well she is my daughter. If her mom did it, I know she'll do it too. After all, she's already showing me signs of success. And that's enough to tell me that I should trust her to make her own choices and grow up." He said. "So you think she'll last the full three months?" She asked. "Yup. She fought long and hard for it and I believe she can do it. And I am never wrong so...." He said starting to walk. "Are you sure about that?" She mumbled. He looked at her. "What was that?" He asked.

"Oh nothing. I just realized that she'll be back for your birthday." She forced a smile. "That's right. She will won't she?" He asked. "I'm sure she will. She'll probably be busy so she might forget but I'll send her a reminder."She smirked. "Thank you. Well lets get going because we might have to fly over these planes that are about to land." He joked. She chuckled. For once she was actually starting to like him. It was kinda strange she never liked anybody. The feeling was a bit much.At the moment.

"Are you sure?" Todd asked him. "Yes dumbass. I was told to pick someone up right here." He said. "Well can you please get your act together. You have been nothing but an ass." He said. He looked at him. "I have. Haven't I?" He asked proudly. He rolled his eyes. "Unless this little person shows up in the next 3 minutes, I am not sticking around anymore." He whined. "Oh well. I'm ride home anyway. So either shut up and wait or you can walk home." He said. He rolled his eyes. "Sure. You do that. I'm walking h....." He paused as he seen Laura run out of the airport. He looked at him confused. "Well...Aren't you walking home?" He asked him. He rolled his eyes. She ran over jumping on his back and covering his eyes.

"Hey! Hands off the property! Hands off the property!!" He shouted  trying to get her off. Todd laughed. "Its not funny! As soon as I get my hands on this little tiny criminal, there will be serious consequences!" He shouted. She giggled silently wrapping her legs around his waist. "Hey! Who is this criminal! Help! Authorities!!" He shouted. She giggled giving herself up. He stopped fighting and loosened up. She laughed and before she knew it, she was on the ground and he was staring at her as if she was crazy or something. She smiled and jumped on him but this time he held her, spinning her around. She giggled as he placed her back on her feet. "What are you d--" She cut him off. He smiled and kissed her back.

She smiled and deepened it. Todd rolled his eyes. "I'll be in the car. Don't miss me too much. I'll be back in a few." He said gagging. He picked her up. She giggled pulling away. She traced his face with her hand. He shook his head and rested it on hers. He knew right there and then, she was there. And she was the person he had to pick up. "How?" He asked. "My dad is willing to make an exception." She smiled. "No way!" He smiled. She wrapped her legs around his torso as he spun her around. She giggled. "Yes. But I have to focus on my studies.He said you just come as a bonus." She smiled. He tilted his head as he looked at her confused.

"What do you mean I come as a bonus?" He asked as he placed her back on her feet.She wrapped her arms around his neck and stepped on her tipy toes. "He knows I'm gonna see you anyway. So even if he forbidden me to see you, I would've done it anyway. And so basically all he's saying is, allowing me to see you while still going to school is just a little extra.And he also researched you."She told him. He looked at her. "Why?" He asked as he took her arms off of him slightly. "So he knew exactly what kind of guy I have got myself. And according to him, I got myself a good one." She smiled wrapping her arms back around his neck.He wasn't fond of it at all. But she was here. For him. And school but mostly him. He pecked her lips. "And for that, I want you to marry me." She said.
