I stayed at JJ's place for the majority of the day. It was getting late so I decided to head out and go home. I picked my head up off of JJ's chest since I was laying down on top of him. "J it's getting late I should head home." He groaned and shook his head. He wrapped his arms tighter around me. "Come on J don't you want to have the day to yourself tomorrow or maybe spend it with your family since you spent all day with me." "No I don't, I see them enough they can go one more day without seeing me." I laughed and rolled my eyes at his answer. I pried his hands off from around my waist and sat up. He followed my actions and sat up himself. "Alright I'll make a deal with you. If you spend the morning tomorrow with your friends or family then I'll come over tomorrow and spend the afternoon with you." "Fine I'll take that deal, but I'm driving you home." I chuckled, but quickly grabbed my phone and keys before waiting at the door for JJ.

He met me at the front and opened the door for me. We held hands and walked to his car. He opened the door for me as usual. This time I let him have aux cord. Since we lived about 10 minutes from each other the car ride wasn't long. When we pulled in front of my apartment building I saw Rutger's car. I assumed Kayleigh dragged him hear so she could get all of the gossip from me about what's going on between JJ and I. I leaned over to open my door for myself since I felt bad having JJ get out of his car just to open my door and then get back into the car. He leaned over me and pulled the door closed. He hopped out and locked the door so I wouldn't open the door for myself. When he reached my side he unlocked the car and opened my door for me. I hopped out and thanked him. He closed the door and pulled me into a hug. We stayed like that for a while with JJ leaning against the car. We were interrupted by Kayleigh squealing out of the window of Rutger's car. JJ and I looked at each other and chuckled. We finally let each other go and he kissed my forehead. "Text me when you get home safely." He nodded and hopped back into the car. He waited for me to go to Rutger and Kayleigh before driving off.

When I stood in front of Rutger and Kayleigh she instantly started to ask me questions about JJ and I. Before I answered a question Rutger gave me a quick hug. "Alright Kay I promise I'll answer your questions, but can we go inside first." She nodded, grabbed both mine and Rut's arms pulling us upstairs. "What's going on between you two?" "I'm not sure honestly. I mean we act like a couple, but he hasn't officially asked me." Kay nodded in understanding. "Maybe he'll ask you soon." I shrugged not really knowing whether or not he would or not. "Little sis I think he will soon. Just seeing how he was with you when I came to the Field House he's bound to ask you to be his girlfriend sooner rather than later." I was shocked because Rutger isn't in his usual overprotective brother mode. After having this conversation we turned on the tv and went to netflix. We also decided to order some food since we were all hungry. As we were watching tv I received a text from JJ letting me know he made it back home safely.

While watching tv I laid my head on Rutger's shoulder suddenly feeling tired. I closed my eyes and started to fall asleep. As I was falling asleep Rutger was playing with my hair since it helps me fall asleep. About twenty minutes later I felt Rutger gently shaking me so I can wake up. "Val I know you're tired, but you need to eat some food before going to bed since you haven't had a nutritious meal all day. I promise after you eat you can go back to sleep." I groggily nodded, rubbed my eyes and walked to the table to sit with Rut and Kay to eat. I ate about half of my dinner and went to the bathroom to wash up. I changed into a pair of Rutger's hoodie and one of JJ's sweatpants. I laid down in bed and started to fall asleep. I heard the front door open and quietly close. I'm assuming Rutger and Kayleigh left to go back to Rutger's place. Before completely falling asleep I quickly texted JJ telling him that I'm going to bed early and that I'll see him tomorrow.

This chapter is a shorter chapter and more of a filler. A longer chapter will be uploaded soon. I will stop putting the character names in the chapter title and only use the number. Instead I will be using an emoji before the chapter officially starts to show which pov it is in. Val's emoji will be a camera with the flash and JJ's will be a football. Previous chapter titles will be updated with the same soon.
