Chapter 14: "I mean you should not date"

Immensely pleasured moans echoed through the dimly lit bedroom as the act of coitus continued. After hectic schedule followed them the entire day, the two lovers indulged themselves in the luxury of each other's love. Things escalated once the kisses became sloppy and the thrusts became harder, managing to produce louder moans from the submissive man.

"I love you so much, baby." The dominant one whispered in the other's ears after ending the process.
"I love you too." The words were uttered with utmost love and affection yet the tiredness was noticeable.
"Are you fine, baby?" A hand started rubbing the tummy of the exhausted one.
"Now you remember that? After going all Rambo inside me?" The other man cursed himself to let the sassy side of his lover get unleashed due to his actions on bed.

"How about I take care of you, sweetie?" The sassy one nodded after making a funny face that forced the calm one place a kiss on his lips before lifting him up to the attached bath. After a warm bath, they changed the bed sheet and went to sleep hugging each other.

Two minutes into their slumber and a phone started ringing.
"Baby, your phone is ringing."
"Pick it up for me. Must be my cruel manager who doesn't let me have peace in life." The composed natured one picked up the call without checking the caller Id.

"Hello Dae shi, what is it?"
"I'm so sorry, I think I dialled a wrong number." A stuttered male voice said from the other end that partly caused the receiver's sleep to vanish. His eyes widened once he checked the contact name. Jolting up to a sitting position, he cleared his throat before resuming to speak.

"Dad? I mean Mr. Jeon?"
"Are you Yoongi?" The man asked in a surprised tone.
"Yes, I am. I need to apologise to you for being ignorant. Actually I thought it might be my husband's, I mean your son's manager calling but now that I see the number saved as 'dad' I realised it was you. Please forgive me." Yoongi kept hitting his own head silently for the false position he just put himself in.

"Don't apologise, son. So he still saved my number as 'dad'!" A sigh of relief and happiness from Jun-ho rippled through the call.
"Of course it will be saved by that name, Mr. Jeon. Jin still loves you the same." Yoongi explained.
"Please call me dad." The impatient voice requested the music producer.
"How are you, dad?" A small smile crept into the corner of his lips.

"I've been fine. How are you and Jinnie doing?"
"Oh! Speaking of him, sorry I forgot to wake him up. Let me-" Yoongi's speech became nervous as this was the first time his father-in-law was talking to him in a normal tone.
"No, son! I just wanted to talk to you only today." Jun-ho assured of his intention to skip talking to his eldest son.

"We are doing good, dad. I recently signed up a deal for a big project and some other parallel projects going on too. Jin is working with me in some of them but his schedule is way more hectic than mine due to the practice."
"I wish you both best for the work." The subtle tone of the elder man melted his son-in-law's heart.
"Thank you, dad. May I ask you why you wanted to talk to me?" He became curious to know the reasoning behind the unexpected statement given by Jun-ho few minutes back.

"I want to thank you for dragging my son away from our house that day, Yoongi. I knew he would stay back if you didn't encourage him to choose love and would have been stuck in a forced mundane life for the rest of his life. He was insulted and rebuked with unthinkable verbals from me and my wife, but he decided to be himself because you stood beside him with your grounds so strong."

In spite of this conversation being through a phone call, Yoongi could hear the sniffles from the man he is speaking with.
"Dad, are you okay? Are you missing Jin? Shall I take him to meet you? Or do you want to meet us at our house?" Yoongi had super supportive and cool parents who helped him and Seokjin in all possible ways, hence handling a crying parent was way out of the 35 years old's potential.
