Chapter 42: Epilogue: "I'm already dead in your beauty"

After 5 years.....

"You monsters! Shall I take out my pink pan again?"

One question and the four so called messengers of devil started shoving spoonful of oatmeal and fresh fruits into their mouths with help of cutleries. The speaker was proud of his manipulation skills and getting the tiny humans to obey his commands, he proceeded to the room next to the dining hall. On the way, he was greeted by some people working on the last minute decoration of the rented bungalow as well as other preparations for a huge celebration.

Someone was trying on a grey coloured suit that matched with that of the former speaker. As he approached closer, the already sitting man stood up smiling.

"I'm really scared, hyung."
"I'm scared too, Kookie but they finally gathered courage to take this decision. It would be the best one, I promise."

Jungkook hugged his brother, Seokjin who whined seeing the hint of tears on the younger's cheeks as the now 32 years old is still just a baby to the elder.

"No matter what, we will always love them, right hyung?" Jungkook put up a smile to make his brother happy.
"Absolutely right, my Kookie baby. Now let's go, he must be waiting for us. Remember, he cannot see us getting nervous about this." Seokjin fixed a lock of his brother's hair and held his hand to leave.

"What about the kids, hyung? Did they have breakfast? It would take a while for the ceremony to get over and lunch might be late." Concern about the mentioned kids was reflected on Jungkook's face that Seokjin rolled his eyes at.

"I've got them controlled as of now but I'm pretty sure they're gonna go on their own ways during ceremony. Yun-hee will play her eldest sister card I guess."

Jungkook chuckled at the perilous acts of the kids that included Hoseok and Ryeon's daughter Yun-hee, Seokjin and Yoongi's son Seo-yoon, Jimin and Taehyung's son Ji-sun and Ki-moon, Namjoon and Jungkook's 3 years old son they adopted from an orphanage when he was just 2 months old.

Jungkook already dressed up the kids perfectly for the ceremony and Seokjin took the charge of feeding them breakfast which was quite toilsome.

As they entered another room, Jungkook ran to the man sitting on chair with swirling eyes.
"Dad, what's wrong?"
"Is it the right thing, Kookie?"

"It is the best thing, Jun-ho." Three of them twisted their necks to take a look at the woman making her way inside. Seokjin went to hug her who reciprocated the same with a kiss on the younger's head.

"My Jinnie! You look beautiful! And so are you, my Kookie!"
"Mom, you look amazing!" Jungkook went to join the hug with his brother and mother. After the little reunion, Jinah ambled her way towards her ex-husband.

"You have thought about me, our kids, the company your entire life Jun-ho. It's time you learn to live for yourself." She took his shaky hands in her and smiled widely making the man break out a little. The entire family of four formed an embrace to cheer up the nervous groom.

On the other hand, the situation was less tense yet mentally strenuous for the Jung family. Hoseok and Ryeon have spent days convincing Ha-min that time has come for him to man up and claim his true love. Although Ha-min was the one that came up with the idea of proposing his love of youth at this old age, he needed continuous validation from his son and daughter-in-law to gain that confidence.

Jun-ho was starstruck by the gesture and didn't say yes to the proposal right away but eventually gave in to the idea with lots of persuasion from his sons and ex-wife.
