Harper untie the Hufflepuff tie around his neck, leaning his head on Cedric's shoulder while Cho leans on his. Harper looks down at his broken leg where Cedric is slowly trying to fix. He looks at where Neville and Marcus had disappeared to and Cho stood up at the sight of the familiar faces behind them.

Harper stood up with the help of Cedric, wrapping his arm around the Hufflepuff's shoulders as they walk towards where people are greeting the trio.

"Okay, okay! Stand down! Let's not kill them before You-Know-Who gets the chance!" Neville exclaimed over the voice. "Right then. What's the plan, Harry."

Harper makes eye contacts with Harry, who froze at the sight of him before he pulls himself together and looks over everyone else. Harry tries not to think of the fact that Harper's left eye has become white the last time he had seen him.

"Okay. There's something we need to find, something hidden here in the castle. It could help us defeat You-Know-Who." Harry said, looking over everyone.

"What is it?" Neville asked.

Harry was about to open his mouth but stopped when Harper talk first.

"Ravenclaw's Diadem." Harper said, putting his weight onto Cedric who didn't mind it at all.

"Do you know where it is?" Harry asked, looking at Harper who shakes his head.

"You need to ask The Grey Lady for that." Harper said before they could move on.

Harry nods. "Thanks, Harper. I'll be sure to see her." He said, sending Harper a small smile of which he returned.

Just then quick footsteps are heard and Ginny appears atop the far staircase. She stops, staring at Harry.

"Harry." Ginny said.

"Hey there." Harry said.

Ron smiles, about to speak, then notices Ginny's eyes have not left Harry. He frowns, turning to Hermione. "Six months she hasn't seen me and it's like I'm Frankie First Year. I mean, I'm only her brother."

"Got loads of those, though, doesn't she? There's only one Harry." Seamus said.

"Shut up, Seamus." Ron said, turning his head towards Harper and sees him leaning heavily on top of Cedric, and when he looks down at Harper's leg he sees the bandages wrapped around his left leg. He looks away before Harper could notice him staring, but his staring did not escape Cedric and Cho's eyes.

"What is it, Ginny?" Marcus asked.

"Snape knows. He knows that Harry was spotted in Hogsmeade." Ginny said.

Cedric nod, turning to Harper. "Let's finish fixing your leg up. It's almost finished don't worry." He added when Harry turn to look at him.

Harper follows after a stream of Hufflepuff students move towards the Great Hall with Cedric in front of him, Professor Snape had not said anything when he first seen him enter the Hufflepuff common room.

They walk grimly, their faces blank, as if accustomed to such exercises.

The Ravenclaws walk in lockstep as well. One tiny girl-- Maisy Reynolds-- stands out, walking alongside Luna, her bearing more defiant than defeated. The Death Eater chivvying them along eyes her cruelly.

"Put a smile on, Miss Reynolds. Wouldn't want me to have to pay a visit to Daddy again, would you?" Alecto Carrow said.

The Slytherin House walks in rigid synchronization, backs straight, in perfect rhythm.
