Overjoyed as he was, Namjoon was still slightly surprised at the sheer number of fish that came up to help.

"Ack! You terrestrials better pay us aquas back big time!"

"Hey! Mind putting something actually delicious on the bait? The stale meat tastes disgusting,"

"I love it when your pride is being bruised!"

"Hey, do I get money for doing this? No...? Ugh, you're so stingy,"

"You know," Jimin said wryly as Jeongguk stood by the starboard holding the fishing rod, "I had almost lost hope before, but now..."

"Tomorrow morning." Namjoon promised, "Tomorrow morning, I'm administering the antidote to Taehyung."

"There are more!" Jeongguk yelled, pulling at another, quite a large fish, "Hey, get the water bucket, quick!"

"Hey!" The fish landed on the floor and changed forms, "Where's the water pool?! Are you planning on killing your blood donors?"

"To the bathtub!" Yumi rushed in, taking the aqua by the arms.

"Ow! Watch it!"

"How many more do we need?" Jeongguk asked, wiping the sweat on his brow and standing next to Namjoon.

Namjoon was staring at the bathroom where Yumi and Hara were, "... I think that could be the last one."

"Last?" Jeongguk stared at Namjoon, holding his breath without thinking, "So... you will be..."

"The antidote will be done by tomorrow." Namjoon smiled slightly.

Jeongguk stared at the two. If Namjoon didn't know better, he'd say he looked fascinated.

"Stop looking like that." He rubbed his head, "You're making me uncomfortable,"

There was a brief silence which seemed to grow heavier with each second before--

"Next to my burrow," Jeongguk murmured.

"... Huh?" Jimin frowned.

"I'll have your house built next to my burrow."

Namjoon's brain short-circuited, "I... I'm sorry?"

Jeongguk looked at him funny, "Did you forget about your actual mission?"

His tone reminded Namjoon of a conversation they had months ago.

"Okay, not next to my burrow, you'd have to crush it for the construction, I can't let that happen. Near to it, though. Near the block it's--"

"Did you hit your head?" Namjoon asked hoarsely.

"What?" Jeongguk asked, confused, touching his head, "A bit. But it's healed alright."

"I--"

"He's done!" Came a yell from behind them, and Hara and Yumi were helping the hybrid off the ship and into the waters.

"Tell the others that the donation period is over," Jeongguk called out.

"This guy is scaring the shit out of me," Jimin whispered.

Namjoon didn't feel all that sincere as he said, "Hey, maybe he just decided he wants to give a chance--"

"Of course he did." Jimin snorted, "We're saving his friend, and it is about time he's more friendly, but I did not expect him to be so--so--"

He faltered, eyes widening as he looked at something behind Namjoon. He turned around to follow Jimin's gaze.

Jeongguk was standing next to Yumi, his voice low as his mouth moved quietly. Hara watched them with a poker face from a distance.
