Chapter 21: The royal wedding disaster

"UGH! Mother I get you want this wedding to go perfect, but must I wear all this jewelry, it makes me look... girly. Bleh." said Tsunami fiddling with all the pearls attached to her wings. "Of course Tsunami, you're getting married today, and besides there's no such things as girly." said Queen Coral adjusting the cape around tsunamis legs."Girly." whispered Tsunami.

"Oh come now Tsunami it's your wedding day, don't act like this." said Gill as he entered the room. "Ya! and im getting married to a guy who's 10 YEARS OLDER THAN ME!" cried out Tsunami. "And that's a problem why?" asked Coral.

"My god you two are impossible to reason with." said Tsunami putting a claw on her face and walking towards the balcony. "Tsunami, we want what's best for you, and your mother and I, especially your mother believe this is the best we can offer you." said Gill walking towards his daughter.

Then moray came in and said. "Its time your highness." "Ah perfect, come now Tsunami, time for you to get married!" yelped Coral.

"Oh Riptide, please hurry."

MEANWHILE!

"Ok, so we all know the plan right?" asked Riptide. "Yep, we use the talons of peace army to create a diversion to distract the navy down there, while the rain wings and us infiltrate the palace." said Glory.

"Good, now we must hurry, the wedding will start any minute now! LETS GO DRAGONS!" yelled Riptide as he flew down from the sea spire. As he flew the dragonets and their army followed them in pursuit, but as soon as they were in sight of the hidden palace, they were interrupted by the seawing navy.

"FIRE!" yelled shark ordering the Seawings to attack. And so they fired catapults with boulders on them at the invading talons of peace army.

"Ivasive action!" yelled Starflight as he dodged a spear! "This is crazy! who needs this much security for a wedding!?" asked Sunny as she dodged a boulder. "Apparently Coral thought deploying the navy to stop wedding crashers was a good idea! Jeez this lady overprotective... WOAH!" Said Clay dodging a seawing charging at him.

"The Talons will distract the guards, let's get Tsunami out of there!" said Riptide diving towards the palace. "Wait up!" yelled the others as they chased after Riptide. The others followed him as they flew near a giant island spire, they followed him towards roof of grass, and he dived into it.

"Woah, that's where the wedding is being held? Remind me to ask Tsunami to use this if I ever get married." said Clay. "To peril!? :)" said Sunny Mischievously. Clay ignored her as he dived after Riptide.

"There's the main hall! Lets stop the wedding!" They all stopped and held their heads against the door, listening to what was happening.

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today too unite Princess Tsunami, And Whirlpool of the seawings, if anyone objects to this wedding, speak now or forever hold your peace."

Through the key hole, the dragonets saw that basically everyone raised their claw in the air, even Gill and coral a tiny bit before Whirlpool death stared them all back into submission.

"Um, very well then, by power vested in m-" Suddenly Rainwings appeared from everywhere with spears and blowdart that took out the guards. "What is the meaning of this!?" Demanded Coral. "This, would be a rescue your highness." Said Riptide bursting into the grand hall.

"Riptide!" shouted Tsunami with joy, but then suddenly Whirlpool grabbed her jaw and pulled out a knife. "Enough, Im tired with all these interruptions! Im marrying a royal today one way or another!" he said putting the knife to Tsunamis neck."What in Pyrrhia's name!? Whirlpool what is the meaning of this!?" Demanded Gill.

"I have been waiting for this moment since Orca died! She was my first ticket to royalty, now it's Tsunami, I will be KING!" he said in a rage. "Wait, what do you mean Orca?" asked Riptide. "Tsunamis sister?" asked Starflight. "That's right, Orca agreed to be my bride if I could teach her how to use her powers once she takes the throne, but she went mad and you killed her! I lost my shot at being king once, I WON'T LOSE IT AGAIN!"

"I can't believe this, and I thought you were a good suitor for my daughter." said Coral."MOM! He's literally 10 years older than me!" Cried Tsunami. Tsunami then free'd herself from whirlpool as she bit his talon and grabbed the blade he had. "Foolish girl, me being unarmed won't stop me! I've rigged the whole cave to explode!" he said revealing dragon fire cactus plants everywhere. "So this is where those stolen dragon fire cactuses we stole went!" said Gill. "YES! AND I WILL BE KING NO MATTER WHA-" Whirlpool stopped speaking and saw a trident pierced right through him, and saw it was riptide who was holding it."Leave my girlfriend alone!" He said ripping it out of him.

"GIRLFREIND!? TSUNAMI WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS!?" Tsunami looked at Riptide and knew it was time to tell her mom the truth. "Very well then, Mother, Father.....Me and Riptide are dating!" she said super fast. "WHAT!?" yelled Coral in shock and rage. "Knew it, pay up turtle." said Gill, as turtle gave him his money. The others looked at Gill in shock. "What, oh cmon Coral it was obvious these 2 were in love, I saw it every time they were around each other." said Gill.

"Oh for Pyrrhias sake! There's no way im letting my daughter date this.... this traitor!" yelled Coral. "Well, he is in command of one of Pyrrhias target militaries." said Tsunami snuggling next to Riptide. Corals face was expressionless for a minute before she said. "Well, maybe I can reconsider."

"Wait.... has anyone seen Glory?" asked Sunny looking for her friend.

Everyone was looking around for Glory when they heard Kraken found something, a letter. They all hurried towards it, it had a knife blade stabbed on it sticking it to the wall, it read...
