Narrator POV

Sako, Hermie's and Sumire's seventeen-year son, Sakura's younger brother, came home from his intern job. Sako currently work in a mental institution, working with teens and young adults.

Given his special abilities, Sako love to help people to the best way he can.

Now, a bit background of Sako.

Sako's Godmother is Queen Akari, for his mother is her Godmother. When he was younger, Sako would often go to the Central Region and to its capital to visit his Godmother and her kids. Sako became very good friends with Obi, Gou, and Prince Omari and Prince Amari. During summer, winter and spring breaks, the small group would take time to visit each other. But then in other times, they would travel down to the Leaf village to visit family and friends.

Believe it or not, Sako is also great friends with Kia. Whenever he used to visit the Leaf, he would spend some time with her. What's funny to him is that his niece and nephew are her cousins, his brother-in-law is her uncle yet, the two are so close in age. Anyhow, the last time he left Abioye, he was fifteen years old. He hasn't visited because he was working hard with his studies, training, and his internship. Five more years till he becomes a license Psychologist.

Anyhow, Sako felt bad when he heard, his great friend, Obi's father passed away. He wanted to go to the funeral to show support, but he had a few exams that was scheduled for him to take. He did explain the situation to the examiner and see if he was able to reschedule, he would have to wait another six months and that would push him of finishing up his internship a bit later.

But now, all the interns were given two weeks off. Something he needed desperately. After sitting his things in his room, he walked back out to find his parents, only to find his father, sitting on the couch, reading a book.

"Oh, hey dad. Sorry, I didn't see you there earlier." Sako said, bowing his head to his father. "Oh, you're all good Sako. Tell me, how's work?" Hermie asked his son.

"It wasn't bad, then it got weird." Sako said. Hermie put his book down and pat the space next to him. "Do you want to talk about it? I'm all ears." Sako smiled.

He walked over to the couch and sat next to his father. "Now, I know you can't give me many details about your patients but tell what you can." His father said. "Okay. When I got there, I got assigned with a woman in her mid-thirties. She's very pretty and she looks a bit like Sakura for some reason. But when I first walked in, I see sadness in her eyes. She was sitting in one of those lounge chairs and she didn't glance at me at first. Normally, I would take a glance in their mind, to see or hear anything but her barriers were up. I did find that weird because all the patients are given some type of medications that prevent that. But anyhow, I wanted her to feel comfortable around me. I asked for the basics, like what was her likes and dislikes, but she didn't respond. Then a second later, she looked at me, saying how lucky I am to have such lovable parents and great friends. She said she wish she could have had that. At first, I didn't know what say to that, because I know I am lucky, blessed even. She just talked about anything and everything except herself after that. Like she was trying to avoid any other topics about herself. But at the end of the day, I kept getting this sad and tired vibe from her. Before I left her, she told me be careful of those around me, they aren't whom I think they are. I was a bit confused at first. When I turn around to question her, she wasn't there. Then it got weirder. I check my clip board for her name, only to find that all that time, her name wasn't written down and I never asked her for her name. She's like a ghost, a sad ghost at that." Sako conclude.

"Hmm, that sounds weird indeed. Was she a ninja perhaps? According to Sakura, many of her colleagues' patients would often do that. Go to talk and only to disappear once they aren't looking." Hermie ask.

"I don't know. I didn't see her with any headband of any sorts. I don't know what regions she's from." Sako said. Hermie nodded his head.

"Oh, where's mom? I don't sense her anywhere." Sako asked. Hermie sigh. "Your mother decided to take an impromptu trip up to the Central region, to visit your Godmother. It must be urgent with the way she was moving." Hermie said.

"Oh. I wouldn't mind going with her, since I'm going to be off for two weeks. I could use the break." Sako said, somewhat pouting.

"Well, guess you're stuck with your old man." Hermie said, swinging his arm over his son's neck, laughing out loud. "Awesome sauce." Sako feign excitement.

"But you son is bit late of asking about the where about of your mother. Your mother left about three days ago." Hermie said. Sako look at his father in shook. "What? There's no way I could have missed mom. I thought she was here."

"No, son, you were so busy with your internship. And the fact you leave home early and leave work late, you didn't realize." "So, you've been alone all these times? Mom could at least write me a message." Sako said, crossing his arms.

"Sako, it's okay. Like I said, whatever was bothering your mother, it must be urgent. She'll be back and you were a bit busy. But if you like, you can join me tomorrow morning for training, like old time's sake." Hermie said, looking at his son.

"Sure, you're on old man." Sako said shaking his father's hand.

After that, Hermie got up and went to his room, to retire for the night and Sako went to get his late dinner.
