Narrator POV

Sumire stood outside of the large castle. 

The very home her great friend would spend most of her time working for the previous royals, becoming a royal herself, having children of her own. The memories of the past, some were pleasant and some, she wanted to forget.

 Guards that were doing their rounds around the premise, bow to her, knowing already, she is their Queen, Godmother. She nodded her head in recognition and made her way inside. Just has busy it was outside, it was just the same inside. Workers doing their task, Guards post up in their assign post, some of the former members of the Akatsuki's talking and walking amongst themselves, guest and visitors walking around and about. 

Sumire walked up to the person, who's in charge of relaying messages. "Good afternoon, dear, um, do you know if Akari is available?" Sumire asks softly. The young woman didn't realize Queen Akari's Godmother was standing before her and the fact she's the Head of the Cadet clan, she didn't recognize her at first. Her head was down, reading a magazine, and popping her bubble gum. The young woman looks up and only for her to accidentally swallow her gum. "II'm ssoo sorry Cadet-Sama, II'll llet herr know you are herree. Ppleases, haavve aa sseat." The young woman stuttered. Sumire giggled at the young woman's distress and went over to seat at the guest lounge. 

The young woman quickly sent a message to the kitchen to prepare tea for their new guest and she hurried up the steps. The young woman hurried over to Queen Akari's office door and knock. "Come in." She heard. 

She slowly opens the door to find The Queen working on some paperwork on her desk. Queen Akari smiles at her. "Hi Dani, how's everything?" The Queen asks.

 Dani, the young woman, face got hot suddenly. "Sorry to disturb you my highness, but you have a guest. Sumire Cadet-Sama is here. Do I send her in, or do I get a quarter prepare for her? She has luggage with her." Dani said, bowing her head in respect. Queen Akari looks over at the pile of paperwork on her desk. 

"I have Konan, in Obito's old office, can you have her sit down with my Godmother until her room is ready. I do have a few more paperwork I have to finish before I can meet with anyone. Can you do that for me please?" The Queen asks. Dani bows again. "Yes, your highest." Dani left and walked over to the next office.

 She didn't have to knock on the door because Konan already told her to open. "Konan-Sama?" Dani bows to her. Konan stood up from the desk she was in. "No worries, Dani-San, I heard. Go ahead have her room ready. I'll be down in a second." Dani bows once again before heading out and finding the Head of the maid department to about the arrival of Sumire.

Konan walked downstairs and sees Sumire sitting in the guest lounge, sipping on some tea, and looking around. 'I know she's from the Cadet clan and they can obtain vital information. Not that I have anything to hide, but I'll keep my barrier up.' Konan thought to herself, setting up a mental block.

 "Sumire-Sama, how are you?" Konan finally on the first floor. Sumire turns and sees Konan instead. She stood up. Konan bow to her to show respect and so did Sumire. Sumire looks behind Konan but didn't see anyone else. 

Konan knows she wanted to see Queen Akari. 

"Akari have her hands tied now. A room is currently being prepare for you now. Do you want me to take your luggage upstairs?" Konan said about to reach for Sumire things. "No, it's okay dear. I don't think I'll be staying long." 

Konan gave her a look and look at her luggage.

  "But you must be tired for the long journey. From where you live to here, it takes about three to four days just to get here and about thirty minutes via carriage ride. Are you sure you don't want to unwind. I don't know how long Akari will be coupe in her office." Konan reason. 

"Oh, I guess you are right. I hope I'm not imposing due to my sudden appearance." Sumire said. Konan smile. "Oh, stop that. You're not imposing. But due to, you know, things just have been bit uptight here. But you are always welcome." Konan tried to encourage her. Sumire smiled.

 "Cadet-Sama, your quarters are prepared. If you follow me." Dani came back down. 

"Thank you, Dani, you can give me the key, I'll show her the way." Dani nodded and gave Konan the key to Sumire quarters. "If you need anything, Cadet-Sama, please feel free to call down." Dani once again bows to her superiors. The two nodded and headed towards the elevators instead of the stairs. 

Since Sumire is from a prestigious clan, her room will be on the sixth floor. A special guest suites for important guest and each quarters on that floor is like a mini apartments. 

Moments later, getting of the elevator, the room key read, C-3. Konan was about to open the door, but Sumire spoke up. "Um, if it's alright with your Konan-San, I can open the door. I'll come down later once Akari is done with work. But nonetheless, thank you for being so hospitable. You're truly kind." Sumire said with a smile and then bowing her head.

 "Oh, you're welcome. But if you don't reach Akari but you need something, please, feel free to call for me. My door is always open." Konan said stepping away from the close door. 

 Sumire walks closer to the door with her luggage, opens the door and quickly went inside and locking the door. Konan found it odd but shrugged her shoulders.

 Konan decided to take the stairs back down.

 On the third floor, she stops and look over her shoulders.

 "Something about her is off. The way she holds her luggage tightly, how adamant she was of speaking to Akari. She was even planning on going back home once she had the chance to speak to Akari. Keep a close eye on her." Konan said. 

"Alright, no problem." The person said, leading against the wall.

 "Oh, and Sasori." "Yea?" 

"Don't forget she's a Cadet. They specialize in gathering information just going into your head without realizing it. Make sure you have your mind barrier up. And many of them are well known sensory ninjas as well. Make sure she doesn't know, you're tailing her." Konan warned him.

 "Got it. I'll spread the word." 

Konan nodded and continued down to the second floor and walked back into the office right next to Queen Akari.
