Both are gone

I wake up in a cell a metal collar on my neck attached to a chain that's connected to the floor. "Finally, it took you forever to wake up." Alastor sits in a chair staring at me. "You are rare to come by, there's more like you popping up like roaches. I have been hunting them and selling them to the highest bidder, I make good money off them but, they're not like you, you are special. You are the only purity that has a heart that gives immortality to people. Purity's are not what they used to. These new purity's make people look young again. It slows down their aging but it doesn't make the person immortal. What people don't know is that the heart is not the only way you can draw blood. You, Blake, are the fountain of youth and I'm going to use you until you're dry." My ears go back. "Don't give me that look, think of it this way, you will be a hero to humanity, a cure for death. You will die a hero." I whimper scooting away from him, I back up in a corner. "Don't be selfish, share your gift with the world!" Tears roll down my face, my tail between my legs. "Please don't, I want to go home I want to go back home I didn't ask for any of this. It's not my fault I was born this way." He gets out his chair. "You're right it's not, sadly I can't let you go, you are worth millions." He levels down so we're face to face. "I don't want to kill you, you're too cute for that so..." he gets up again. "I don't need a whole lot a small drop will do. I'm going to bring in a bottle of plan boring pills and you are going to put a drop of blood on each one and if you don't or try anything slick I will kill your mate, your adopted family and Knight. Got it?" I nod. A smile spread across his face good, you're really cute, I wouldn't mind keeping you as my toy." My ears go back watching him slowly undress himself. "Maybe I could make you my mate and then I can be the ruler of dragons instead of that soft hearted brother of yours." Soft hearted? He could have filled me. He's now in his underwear. "Let's get started, shall we? I want to hear your beautiful screams."

I huff and pant blood dripping down my face but I don't care I'm going to protect her no matter what. Jaime your condition is critical you must- "not right now Kaj." Knight stops and sniffs around his ears go back and his face goes pale. "What's your problem lizard breath? Getting cold feet?" He ignores my insult. "She's gone." He says in shock. "Gone?" I question, he looks back at me panicked. "Astrid is gone, I can't smell her, she's no where on the property." He walks over to me cutting his wrist and place his wrist on my lips. "Drink, now my blood will heal you faster" I do what he says, my body automatically heal, I feel lighter. He pulls away and the cut on his wrist goes away. "We need to find Astrid." I roll my eyes. "Her name is Blake." He ignores my comment and shifts into a big black dragon. "I see why they named you Knight." He huffs, a puff of smoke leaving his nostrils. He grumbles bowing his head and lowering his body. I guess he wants me to get on. I climb onto his back and he takes off. "You know I could fly on my own and follow you." He grumbles and I assume he's laughing at me. "Jaime!" Knight stops in front of non other than Superman, my mates father. I am in so much deep shit. "Who is this? Where is Blake? Why are you two all the way out in Japan? Do you not know how worried I was? How long it took me to look for the two of you? Where is she? Why is she not with you?"

"So you are Blake's or Astrid's brother and the two of you were iced for thousands of years by your mother?" Knight nods crossing his arms. "Don't forget the part that he is crazy obsessed with his sister it's creepy. He mated with her trying to force her to accept his mark." Knight glares at me but I don't care, it's true. "What? What do you mean forced? What did you do to her?" Knight is not phased by his anger. "It's none of your concern, you are not her real father. Astrid is missing, I don't know when she could have gone. She was supposed to be with Alastor while Jaime and I fought well, more like me beating the shit out of him." He chuckles then stops. "Alastor is missing as well." My hands turn into fist. "Looks like your so called best friend took her for himself." He shakes his head. "Or something happened to them. Alastor is my best friend he would never do something like this to me or Astrid." I cross my arms. "Right." Clark sighs. "I will use my hearing and vision to find her. Knight laughs. "Don't bother, your powers don't work in the dragon lands except your flight of course." I swear his snarky stuck up remarks trying to probe dragons are stronger and better than any other species is pissing me off. "We get it dragons are better now stop boosting your own ego and think. Where could they have possibly gone if they're not in the dragon lands?" He thinks and shakes his head. "I don't know  us dragons stay in the mountains unless we are put on a mission. Sometimes we go into the city to explore a bit but that's pretty much it." I hum. "Then we start in the cities it's a possible that they think it's the least place we would find them." Clark nods. "We split up call if any of you find a clue." We split up and search.
