i can find the rainbow in a day
the clouds are pink, what a beautiful hue
a soft purple covers a field, with splashes of blue
there's a bumblebee, buzzing away with yellow and black
the gray of a baby goose, and with it a loud quack
a cardinal in the yard shows a fast red, here one moment and gone the next
i can find the rainbow in a day
and what a beautiful world it is
that can be painted differently in every way
