Welcome to the archive: I couldn't let it go, the idea of a story focused on Touya with a different mindset was just too interesting to leave alone. I'm not gonna make a full story but every so often I may make a small snippet of an idea when the urge hits me.

Touya walked through the hospital he'd been taken to with two guards on either side. The jury and authorities had decided he was insane or just delusional and so they came to the decision he was to be sent to a phsychward, or an asylum as he knew it to be.
He was kept in bindings as his arms were locked in place at his sides by a iron maiden as they'd called it. Perhaps they believed it would keep him contained? They were wrong of course but he had no true reason to leave. He was here to receive help and so far the doctors, nurses, and psychiatrists had been kind to him.
The guards were the only ones who wern't friendly but guards weren't meant to be so he didn't mind. The other occupants in the ward ranged from crazy to people on suicide watch, he'd become aquainted with a few of them but the fact they'd want to die confused Touya.
Why would somone willing wish to die if they could not come back? Touya was of course knowing of his state, even if the skin was healed and he didn't look like a corpse he knew he was still Undead or Unkindled if you want to get into specifics. The First Flame still simmered in him, alongside his quirk which seemed boosted by the flames presence. With the flame still burning he'd never die.
Touya continued walking toward the visitation rooms wondering which of his siblings had visited. Father hadn't visited but he knew it was most likley a mixture between the duties of the number two hero and the conflicting feelings he felt toward Touya.
His mother hadn't visited either but from what Fuyumi told him on her last visit she was also in a mental hospital but more for civillians then a prison like Touya had been placed in. Shoto hadn't visited either now that he thought about it. Touya momentarily wondered why but decided he'd ask whoever visited today if they knew.
Touya finally walked through the door into the visitation area and immediately zeroed in on the young man sitting at the table. Natsuo looked up and smiled as his eyes locked with Touya's, Touya allowed a small smile to cross his face as he made his way over.
"Hey, bro." Natsuo said as Touya sat down, "so hows it going?"
"Hmm, I'd say I'm doing rather well." Touya answered.
"Thats good, I wasn't sure how they'd treat you after...well."
"My rather brutal killing of that man attempting to kill that hero?"
"Yes, that."
Touya smiled, "You don't need to beat around the bush with me Natsuo."
Natsuo sighed, "I-i know that its just the report we were given said you had some real phsycilogical delusions. Something about a dead world?"
"They aren't delusions but I can understand why someone may believe that. However I have something to ask."
"Uh, alright shoot bro."
"Why hasn't Shoto visited?"
"I uh I don't know Touya, I don't really know him that well."
"What? That doesn't make sense, he still lives in the home right?"
"Yes, but," Natsuo sighed and it was obvious he was keeping himself calm, "Father had kept him isolated from us. I don't even know what his favorite food is or what he generally enjoys."
"Does father still keep him isolated from the rest of the family?"
"No, or at least I'm fairly sure he doesn't. Father and Shoto, from what I know, haven't had a... spar in nearly two years."
Touya stays quiet for a moment, "Than Shoto is isolating himself."
"And its all because of that BASTARD-"
"Natsuo," Touya's calm voice cuts him off, "we're not talking about father, were speaking about Shoto. He is more important to you than your problems with father and he is isolating himself."
Natsuo stares at Touya in disbelief, "N-not important? H-he's literally the reason everything has-"
"Yes, but our brother is isolating himself. That is a far more pressing concern than hating father, Shoto needs to be brought back from his isolation. If what you said is true than you and Fuyumi need to sit him down and talk to him. It doesn't need to be anything big or important, just get him to eat with you two or something."
Natsuo was quiet for a moment and finally he sighed, "Yeah, I guess your right. When'd you get all wise?"
Touya felt a small smile creep to his lips, "I've had a long time to gain wisdom."
