Welcome to the archive: I've been playing through Fallout: New Vegas and enjoying every bit of it so I decided to make this and hope you like it.

Courier Six sat on the couch within the living quarters The King of Melramarc had given to the Cardinal Heroes which somehow included him. The king, along with everyone else, had been just as surprised as Six was at his appearance. Apparently there were only meant to be four not five, meaning his shitty luck had gone to multiversal levels.

If that wasn't bad enough he was stuck here as well. The King had made it clear there was no way back as there was no record of any of the past Cardinal Heroes returning to their worlds. Six had tried though, he'd taken the Transportalponder from his Pip-Boy's data space and found it wasn't working.

That was all he needed to know.

Now he was just contemplating on what to do. He was stuck in a different world with no way of getting back to New Vegas when it was under a crisis, and he was stuck with the very weapon that brought him here.

Six glared down at the gun sitting on the table. A unremakable looking M1911 similar to one Joshua was surrounded by when Six first met him. The only difference between those ones and this one was the red gem embedded into the grip. The mark of a Legendary Weapon.

A Legendary Gun wasn't something Six had ever thought about as all guns may have had a story behind them, some more bombastic then others. Six's own arsenal of weapons were storied weapons considering the many situations he'd used them for.

Though it was obvious that this gun was special in a way Six had never come across before.

[Equiped: M1911 - Equip Bonus: +6 Armor Piercing]

The gun seemed to have different equips which he'd ealier tested. He willed the gun to change and suddenly an identical version of That Gun was now sitting in my hand.

[Equipped: That Gun - Equip Bonus: +8 Range]

The Legendary Gun could morph into other weapons or at the very least other guns. This also had been learned after he'd tried using the normal That Gun and he was shocked before a pop-up told him he could only use the Legendary Gun. If the gun couldn't morph he would have been extremly pissed.

Though it apparently had infinite shots besides the reload which was incredibly usefull. Though he now had thousands of rounds that would never be used unless he decided to give someone else a gun which seemed like a dumb thing to do.

Anyway, he wasn't going to stick around.

He'd been taken from his home at a time where he was needed. Six didn't really care about the Kingdom of Melramarc or the world he found himself in, he'd admit it was beautiful and it being destroyed sucked but he had people he cared about back on Earth.

Six grabbed the Legendary Gun and holsted it in a holster on his belt. The gun couldn't be digitized for some reason. Six then brought up his Pip-Boy and scrolled through his apparel looking for a specific suit.

He found it and then swapped out his modified Riot Gear for the Stealth Suit MK II v1.5. I checked over the suit and then brought up my left arm and looked at the built in Stealth Boy. Six had asked the Think Tank to integrate the Stealth Boy into the Stealth Suit to truly make it a tool of espionage.

Six looked back toward the balcony fully aware of the person just above him thanks to his Pip-Boy's compass. He shouldn't go out that way and so switched on the Stealth Boy and walked out the door into the hall fully intent on leaving the castle.

I like to think that most Courier's wouldn't really care about Melramarc or Raphtalia's world at first and would prefer to try and find a way to get home even of they have no clue on what to do. This may be an extreme way of this happening but I think this would be how it would go. The Cardinal Heroes are left to guide the plot with the Courier doing his own thing until the Wave brings him back.
