Floor 100- Scarlet Jade Castle
June 25, 2052.
We are standing in front of a big red castle. It is a palace with magnificent spires on top.
“Welcome, Players.” The GM materialized in front of us. “I welcome you. Welcome to Scarlet Jade Castle and Congratulations for making it to the top.”
Almost 2000 people that are still remaining had stopped.
“I am the Floor 100 boss. Beat me and you can Log Out. You lose and you’re dead.” He says.
It looks like the GM is the Guild Master of the Sword Art Online Elite Players guild. Even the members of the said guild are astonished to find that their GL is also the GM.
“I will choose about 500 players who will fight me. If those players died, I will choose another batch.” Says the GM.
He scrolled through his menu and searched the names of the players. He clicked a name and the player’s body glowed. Suddenly, Regie, Celine, Mayline, Ace, Ervien, Juvielyn, Fernand, Ferdinand, Bea, Lovely, Lianne, Maricris and Red’s body glowed. Not long after, my own body glowed. This is it.
Soon after, the 500 players were chosen.
“TELEPORT! Scarlet Jade Arena!” shouted the GM and teleported everybody.
We are at a Big, Round Coliseum. The seats are occupied by the remaining 1500 and a chanted song is started by a player from the crowd.
Strongest Players, Fighting against the boss
Slashing here and piercing there
Fighting for the cause
Players who made it to the very top.
Even Death to the Creator will not make ‘em stop.
Strongest players selected by the one
He who murdered most of the people
And had so much fun.
Boo Game Maker, today you will die.
To the hands of the Five Hundred
Let’s hear the Battle cry.
Everyone cheered and the crowd went crazy. The 500 people piled up at the arena.
“Let the Sword Art Online” Battle of the Survivors, Last Stand, Begin!” echoed a voice all over the Arena.
We ran at top speed. The GM smiled and rushed in forward only to slash and throw 69 players in the air, making them explode to Shards. The crowd got shocked by the sudden change of things.
“No Way! He’s Fast!” said Fernand.
“Amazing Skill!” Shouted Juvielyn.
“Everyone! Attack the GM with skills! Use every last bit of energy you have for our freedom!” Shouted Regie.
“Tough.” Says the Game Maker.
About 200 people from the group attacked the Game Maker with Skills. He was being peppered by attacks but his HP doesn’t get to the yellow zone, considering that he’s being attacked by players with a level higher than 90.
“How can we beat him?” asked Regie.
“Hmmmm.” Ace stopped for a moment and examined the attacks of the Game Maker.
