Aria was walking down the hallway before Hunt caught up to her. "Hey Grey how do you fancy helping me set up the trauma lab and to keep everything running smoothly. You'll still get your certification." Hunt says while Aria ponders for a moment while smiling at the idea of getting to boss her fellow residents around.

"I guess I could do that." Aria shrugged offering a small smile while Hunt sighed in relief. Before the two had headed to set up the trauma lab ready for the certification.
~
Meredith walked into the lab looking around at the other residents. "Am I early? I tried really hard not to be." Meredith murmured standing beside April.

"That doesn't bode well." Jackson smirked before Alex piped up looking at the former Mercy West residents.

"We did the same thing with Bailey when we were interns.Take turns treating a dummy, get an early lunch, then get back to work. It's lame." He mumbled before looking around the room with a look of confusion. "Where's Aria?" He asks while the other looked shrugging.

Owen went running into the lab calling out a fake emergency causing the group to rush out of the doors of the E.R. Aria stood outside the E.R as the rest of the residents from her class came running out as she smiles at them.

"I was so looking forward to an early lunch." Jackson says as Aria stood watching in amusement.

"This is gonna suck. You're kidding me, right?" The residents all continued to complained while Owen rolled his eyes.

"Welcome to trauma certification. You will work in teams of four. Each team will be responsible for nine casualties. You may treat your patients using only what you can carry with your two hands from this ambulance. The evac helicopter is on its way.You get your patients on the helicopter, you get certified. Are you ready?" Hunt explained while Aria stood beside him before the group rushed into the ambulance.

"How did you get out of doing this?" Alex asked watching his girlfriend with a slight glare.

"I don't give away my secrets. Enjoy." Aria says smirking towards him before going to check on the other groups.
~
Aria stood listening to April give her status report for the blue team while Alex and Jackson tried not to laugh. Before Owen threw them a curve ball killing off two more of their patients. April tired to argue against him before it began raining.

"Isn't that just great." Aria mumbled looking up the sky due to the typical Seattle rain causing the group to groan loudly. The other residents got back to work on the certification while Aria walked around checking off any injuries.
~
"Nice rain gear, Karev.Shouldn't you be more concerned with your patient staying dry?" Owen says to Alex while Aria tries not to laugh at her boyfriend's antics.

"Yeah, well, he's a dummy and I'm a person, so..." Alex says to Owen not really caring for the activity in hand.

"A dry patient is less likely to die of hypothermia or shock. Something to think about." Owen tells him as he goes to check on another team.

"Alex, you can't break the rules like that. That's unsanctioned use of a trash bag! You're gonna mess up our certification." April says to him.

"You need to relax. This whole uptight thing? This is why you have no friends." Alex says as Jackson snaps at him.

"Hey ." Jackson snaps at him while Aria looks between the two of them in case a fight breaks out.

"OK, this is why you have one friend." Alex says as April rips the bag of alex.

"Give me that back! Are you crazy?" Alex complains causing Aria to burst out laughing at the argument between him and April.

"There you go, little guy.No hypothermia for you." April says to the dummy while Alex looks unimpressed at his girlfriend who couldn't stop laughing.

"Everyone, Green Team's patients are all dead.Only Red Team and Blue Team remain. Whoa! Do you see a helicopter? Take a knee and learn something." Owen tells them while Aria looks at him confused as he shrugs his shoulders at her.

"He's gonna scalp them. We're in Apocalypse Now
and we're gonna get scalped." Jackson calls out to his team exchanging a look between the both of them.
~
Aria stood watching the last team trying to save their patients before Jackson walked away. She turned to Owen with a slight look of confusion. "How long are you going to continue this?" Aria asks watching her boyfriend and April working of their task.

"Until they have saved their patients." Owen shrugged with a slight smirk while Aria scoffed slightly before laughing.

"Until they all crack you mean." She mumbled shaking her head watching the two residents while the rain continued to pour down.
~
Aria stood laughing while April had grabbed the dummy commanding Alex to grab the feet. Alex had gone to grab one of the residents feet causing Aria to howl out a laughter. The two then carried the dummy to the ambulance with Owen running after them.

April loaded up both of the dummies into the ambulance shouting at Owen. Before she drove the ambulance to the outside the E.R with Aria, Alex and Owen chasing after her. Aria couldn't stop laughing grasping onto Alex arm to find some stability.

"John Doe, multiple chest and extremity trauma.
Still hypotensive despite two large bore IVs started in the field." April called out the three of them.

"All right, Kepner. That's enough." Owen warned looking at the couple beside him who were quite amused by the scene.

"He needs a full work-up and likely a thoracotomy. I suspect active bleeding in the chest." April says looking at Alex while opening the doors to the ambulance.

"Will you tell us we won, or she's never gonna stop." Alex says while Owen shrugged looking to wastes him.

"It's not a contest." He tells both of the residents.

"Karev, call the OR." April called out before Alex turned towards Owen and Aria with a smirk.

"Will do." He says going to follow April while Aria grabbed his arm pulling him back to his spot while Owen spoke.

"All right, all right, fine!Blue Team wins.Yeah, yeah, yeah. You win. He's gonna live for 40 more years and have 15 grandkids. You happy?" Owen says to them while Aria chuckled covering her mouth as the attending looked at the three of them.

"Blue Team wins!Yes.Yeah!Yes!Yeah!" April and Alex celebrated with April running into Alex's arms with the two hugging each other. Aria looked at the of her boyfriend before bursting out laughing. April continued celebrating while Alex walked over to Aria.

"What's my prize for winning?" He whispered into her ear while she turned to him.

"Oh it wasn't a contest remember. I need to go I think I'm being paged." Aria added turning to walk away before Alex pulled her back towards him.

"I guess I'll have to choose my own prize." He said pressing his lips against hers while Aria rested her hands on his chest. Alex pulled away with a smirk present on his lips as usual. "I'll collect the rest of my prize later." He said before turning around to watch Kepner continue to celebrate. Aria stood slightly flustered pushing him slightly while the two chuckled once again.
~
Aria stood beside Lexie while the two watched Alex and April laughing with each other about their skills lab. Lexie quickly noticed Mark staring at her before excusing herself from her sister.

Alex turned to his girlfriend smiling slightly which she returned. "Another drink and then we are out of here." Alex mumbled while she replied with a smile before ordering another round of drinks.
