CHAPTER 14

Kinabukasan maaga akong nagising dahil sa sunod-sunod na pag do-doorbell. Hindi ko na inayos ang sarili ko, dumiretso na ako sa baba para pagbuksan ang tao sa labas.

Nakakainis. Gusto ko pang matulog pero dahil sa lintik na nag doorbell nagising ako. Minsan na nga lang akong matulog ng matagal inistorbo pa.

Natigilan ako sa paghakbang. Shit! Nakalimutan ko na ngayon pala dadating ang parents ni Callen. Dali-dali akong tumakbo papunta sa guest room para gisingin sya muntik pa akong madapa kakamadali.

"Wake up Callen! Nandito ang parents mo!" hinampas ko sya ng unan sa muka.

"What the fuck! Aray!" Sinamaan nya ako ng tingin. "The fuck my head's hurt." ginulo nya ang buhok.

"Sorry. Sila mommy kasi nandyan na."

"Yah I know. Let them wait. Istorbo."

He stood up and walked towards the window, parting the curtains and opening it. He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply.

I let out a soft gasped upon seeing his body. He's topless, wearing only boxer shorts. Quickly, I covered my eyes to avoid looking, but after a few minutes, I peeked through my fingers.

His eyes sparkled with vitality. The soft rays illuminate his tousled hair, creating a halo effect around his head. His sleepy eyes slowly adjust to the daylight, revealing its light brown colour, his eyes are beautiful he have a thick and long lashes.

His tall figure bathed in the gentle morning sunlight. Under the sunlight, his skin glistens, radiating a healthy glow. The play of light highlights his well-defined features from his broad chest down to his six packs abs, his broad back's flexing whenever he moved to do his stretching.

Callen is so sexy I admit it.

I bit my lip and look away. Shit. Baka lumaki ang ulo nya kapag nalaman nyang pinupuri ko sya.

"Hon, do I look handsome?"

"Yes--what? I mean no?--yes." nataranta ako.

He chuckled. "Ano ba talaga?. Hmm you find me handsome right? I saw you looking at me with so much admiration. Yeah hon I know I'm handsome and sexy since birth na 'to hindi naman sa pagmamayabang."

My lips parted but instead of correcting him I changed the topic. Naalala ko ang magulang nya sa labas. "Your parents. Let's go kanina pa sila doon."

Tinalukuran ko na sya at lumabas sa kwarto. Hindi ko na sya hinintay matapos magbihis. Bumababa ako ng hagdan nang bigla syang umakbay sa'kin. Nagugulat na tumingin ako kay Callen. Bumaba ang tingin ko sa katawan nya, he's still topless. Akala ko ba nagbihis sya?

"Don't touch me." Inalis ko ang braso nya.

"Ouch it hurts," humawak sya sa puso acting hurt. I rolled my eyes. "We need to pretend hon. So we need to act really really sweet, hmm."

Huminga ako ng malalim. Hinayaan ko syang akbayan ako kahit ang totoo ay hindi ako komportable kapag malapit o hinahawakan nya ako.

"Hi mom, dad, good morning!" masinglang bati nya sa magulang na nakabusangot.

"Good morning po." nag mano ako sa kanila.  "Pasok po. Pasensya na po ngayon lang kami kakagising lang po namin. Pasensya na po naghintay po kayo ng matagal."

"We understand hija maaga kasi kami masyado."

"Ahm what do you want for breakfast po. Magluluto po ako." I bit my lip. I'm a little bit shy when it comes to his parents. They may look intimidating but the truth is they are kind. Ako lang talaga itong kinakabahan, ayaw kong makagawa ng mali sa harap nila.
