Jessica's POV
Today is finally the day that the twins come back. Yesterday evening Damien called and luckily Carrie was the one on the other side of the call.
Well they just called because they missed me and they told me they were meeting their grandparents today and they were excited to meet them.
It's crazy how I dont even know anything about Damien's family except the lawyer who called me claiming to be his brother.

Well it's Sunday afternoon and I'm sure they will be here in the next hour or two. You know what I can't do this.
I know I am being a coward but I'm not ready to face Damien.
I quickly dial Mia's number and luckily she answers.

"Hie Mia, so you know I love you right?" I'm sure she is rolling her eyes right now.

"What do you want?"she asks.

"Ummm,Well do you mind coming here so you can welcome the twins when they come back from their father's house?"

"Why?where will you be?"she asks.

"Well I had sex with Damien on Friday"

"Well damn, I knew it was bound to happen but my bet was in a few more months or so. There must be something amazing about this guy"I can tell she is really amused by the whole ordeal.

" Really Mia, you were sure I will fall back into bed with the guy who broke me? " I murmured.

"Jessy you haven't gone on a date well beside that crazy fucker anyway you haven't been with anyone since Damien. You were subconsciously trying to punish him when you agreed to go on a date with that fucker."she concludes.

"Did you by chance get a psychology degree in the last 2 days?

" you can get snappy all you want but you know I am right."

"Did you here what I said, I said I had sec with Damien Mia"

"Okay and? That doesn't explain why you can't welcome your kids when they come. dammnn so it really is true that when you have kids with someone there is a high chance you will fall back into bed with them huh!"

"Mia can you not, I can't face him right now okay, so can you come?"

" No can do missy, I am held up at the moment, so you have to face him Mia, it's now or never"

"Well I'm just not ready, what are you even doing? I tried calling you yesterday and you didn't pick up"

"Ummm well, I kind of met up with an old friend and yeah"
Ohh my word, my sister actually hooked up with someone.

"Is that old friend still with you at the moment?" I enquire.

"Maybe, let's talk later okay"

"Awwww, Mia I'm glad you have moved on."

" Ummm....well... You know well"

" Just have fun okay, we will talk later on, you need to tell me everything"

Mia was definitely no help at all, I hear a ding on my phone and I rush to it. It's a text from Damien telling me they are on their way.

Okay Jessica you can do this, there is no need to get embarrassed. I mean you did wake up alone and cold on the floor while this bitch went back to his room.
I don't know why but I am getting pissed all over again.

I hear the door bell and I slowly walk to the door trying to gather my thoughts and emotions before I see him again.
When I open the door I decide not to even look at him and just focus on the kids.
Luckily they are so happy to me that I am attacked with hugs and kisses.

"Did you guys miss me that much"I laugh.

"Yess mama, next time we are going together to daddy's house" Carrie says.
