Racheal's POV

"Yeah" I cleared my throat a shifting away from him a little. My gaze flickered from him to the tv. I narrowed my eyes at the tv when I saw the movie he picked was Sex life. Typical.

I focused my attention on the movie for a few minutes before adverting my gaze back to my phone. She hasn't still replied. I quietly dialed her number which went straight to her voicemail. There's something wrong.

"Did she say anything else to you other than going to the store?" I asked Derek trying to not to voice my worry.

"Why? I'm I making you uncomfortable?" He turned to stare at me. "No it's just..... she's been gone for a while" I mumbled dialing her number again.

"Just relax and enjoy the movie I'm sure she's fine" he chuckled throwing an arm over my shoulder and pulled me closer.

"Excuse me" I mumbled. I shrugged his hand off and got off the couch. I stepped into my room made sure my door was locked and took a seat on my bed.

I redialed her number again and just like the other two times it went straight to her voicemail. "She's fine I'm overthinking it" I mumbled trying to convince myself.

I stayed in my room for another hour trying to reach her before deciding enough is enough and decided to go look for her. I replaced my shorts with sweats, wore my slippers, grabbed my phone and left the room.

I walked into the living room to find Derek still perched comfortably on my couch typing away on his phone. I racked my head on the nicest way to tell him to get out but before I could think of anything he suddenly looked up and locked gazes with me.

"Are you going to the party?" He asked tilting his head to the side "what party?" I asked with crunched brows. "Oh this guy Mason in the art and sculpture department is hosting a party at one of his villas. The Nigga's stinking rich" Derek said with a chuckle.

"I'm not going I'm actually going to look for Lizzie" I said grabbing the keys off the table.

"Hmm.... In case you change your mind just text me and I'll send you the address" he said as he got off the couch and walked out the door.

"Your girlfriend went to the store to grab something real quick and has been gone for over two hours. Instead of worrying you're going for some stupid party at some stupid rich boy's villa some boyfriend he is" I mumbled to myself with a scoff.

I walked out the house and locked the door behind me. I walked down to the nearest grocery store but couldn't find her before proceeding to check the ones around. By the time I was done I was tired and beyond worried.

My phone dinged signifying a message I ripped my phone out my pocket expecting it to be Lizzie but frowned when I saw it was Derek saying the party was fire. I shot him back a text telling him I've still not found Lizzie.

I was about to slip the phone back into my pocket when another message popped in. I rolled my eyes when I saw it was from Derek but opened it nevertheless.

Relief watched over me when I read his text saying Lizzie was at the party. I responded with thumbs up emoji's and another text came in almost immediately.

He said Lizzie was knocked out and he needed help to take her home and also sent the address for the party.

The place actually wasn't far from where I was it could probably be a five minute walk. I shot him a text telling him I was on my way and went in the direction of the house.

I could hear the blasting of music from a couple blocks down. When I finally reached the villa it was everything I expected. Loud music blaring on the speakers a few people perched outside either smoking, drinking, chatting making out or puking out their lungs.

I grimaced a little pushed the door open and stepped into the house. I was immediately hit with the smell of alcohol and sweaty bodies.

I brought out my phone and messaged Derek telling him I was here. He replied a few minutes later saying he was at the back. I pushed through the crowd of sweaty horny people grinding and dancing against each other.

I walked into the kitchen which were filled with different kind of beers and alcohol on the table and had fewer people.

I spotted the back door made my way over to it pushed it open and stepped out. The cold night air caressed my skin as I swept my gaze around the huge backyard before it finally landed on Derek. I looked around him but didn't see a glimpse of lizzie.

As if feeling my gaze he turned his head to my direction smiled and beckoned me over. I hesitantly walked to him. Once I was close enough he threw his hands over my shoulder and pulled me closer.

"Hey babes" he smirked "hey" i said shifting my weight awkwardly.

"Where's Lizzie?" I asked looking around again.  He looked genuinely confused for a few seconds before he made an Oh face.

" oh she isn't here...let's drink" he said changing the subject making me frown. "What do you mean she isn't here?" I asked stepping out of his arms. "I lied about her being here so you could come to the party" he shrugged.

"I can't believe you" I said and stomped away ignoring his calls. I walked back into the kitchen about to step into the living room but got stopped cos someone grabbed my hand. I was about to lash out thinking it was Derek but found out it was Sarah and Cassie.

"Hey I didn't know you partied" Cassie greeted cheerfully while Sarah waved at me. "Nah I was actually leaving" I said giving them a small smile and was about to walk away.

"What's wrong?" I turned to find Vincent staring at me intensely with a blank face.
