Racheal's POV
He hasn't noticed me yet, I could just go eat at Mc Donald's or something I thought as I took a careful step back. "take a seat lunch is ready" he said with his back still turned to me. I cursed my luck but obeyed nevertheless and took a seat on the barstool I sat on this morning. He turned around and dropped a plate in front of me before heading to the sink to do the dishes. Who thought Vincent Hamilton cooks and does dishes.
"Yes. lunch is ready. I'm starving" Mason sighed literally popping out of nowhere and slid onto the stool beside me.
"Awwn don't tell it's finished" He sighed eyeing the pots Vincent was washing. "Don't worry me and Rach can just share" he said pulling my plate between the two of us. He reached his hand out for the food on the plate but got smacked by Vincent before he could touch it.
"Ow what was that for" Mason cooed cradling his hand. "It's Racheal's go make yours and don't call her that" he said pushing the plate back to my front.
"No worries we can share, don't have much of an appetite anyway" i said pushing the plate back so it's wedged between us.
"Sweet" Mason said about to dive in but got his hands slapped again. "What the fuck dude" Mason glared.
"I'll share with you" vincent said leaning over the counter and took a bite of my spaghetti.
"I'm outta here" Mason hopped off the stool and left the kitchen. I turned my attention back to Vincent and glared at him."What?" He asked with raised brows. "You made him upset" I said.
"He's fine" he shrugged
"You have to apologize" I said "why? I didn't do anything wrong" he said nonchalantly and took another bite.
"You were mean to him and he's your friend" I glared and he chuckled.
"Did I say something funny?" I crossed my arms over my chest. "Yes you did cos First of all I don't have friends, secondly he'll get over it thirdly, loose the fucking attitude" he said narrowing his eyes at me.
"I'm not hungry anymore" I hopped off the stool and left the kitchen as fast as I could. I walked into the living room to find Mason at the door shrugging a coat on with his back turned to me.
"Hey" I said as I walked up to him, "hey" he greeted back with a grin.
"I'm sorry for the way Vincent behaved in the kitchen"
"I didn't take it personally I'm kind of used to his antics if anything I should be the one apologizing. Vincent may be a bit..." "overbearing" I finished off his statement.
"Yeah" he chuckled and a slightly awkward silence falls around us. "Are you going out?"I asked mentally scolding myself for sounding intrusive.
"um yeah ... I'm going to get some MCDonald for everyone" he smiled. "Oh Can I come with you? I literally have nothing to do" anything to keep me away from Vincent even if it's for a while.
"Umm..no offense but is Vincent okay with that?" Mason asked wearily as he eyes fleeted to the kitchen for a brief moment.
"Vincent has no say in my life" I gritted out. "Okay. But I'm gonna use you as my shield if he tries to murder me later" he said and opened the front door for me. I gave him a small smile as he led me to his BMW.

"The girl literally tackled her friend to the ground" Mason said and I laughed. "And what did you do?" I asked in between laughter."I ran off of course" he said and I burst into another fit of laughs "you are such a jerk" I giggled as Mason opened the front door with one hand while he tried to balance the bags of food in the other.
"It wasn't my fault her friend slept with me behind her back and we weren't anything exclusive just a hook up" he clarified.
"That doesn't make you any less jerky" I giggled and he glared at me playfully making me giggle again. It died down as we stepped into the living room to meet a weirdly calm Vincent sitting on the couch with his arms crossed as he glared at us or more like Mason.
"You both looked like you had fun, wanna tell me the joke that's so funny so I can laugh along" he said
"Oh I was just telling her about the time a girl-" Mason started but I grabbed his free hand and shook my head at him.
"Oh sarcasm. Right." Mason nodded but Vincent didn't look pleased by our little exchange.
"Where did the both of you go?" He asked shifting his glare to me making me shiver.
"We went to get food" I said pointing at the bag in Mason's hand. "You guys were gone for an awfully long time for McDonald's that's only five minutes away". He questioned
"I don't know how that's any of your business" I said. His eyes narrowed at me further as he clenched his jaw.
Vincent was about to say something but got interrupted by Cassie and Sarah. "Finally. You guys took forever. I'm starving" Mason dropped the bags of food on the living room table and Cassie immediately dug in while Sarah carried hers and Asher's food into their room so they could eat there instead.
I grabbed my coke and took a seat beside Cassie and drank quietly as I tried paying attention to Cassie and Mason as they chatted about Asher's upcoming game while still trying to ignore Vincent's burning gaze.
"I'll be right back" I whispered to Cassie and left the living room. I went into the bathroom in the bedroom I was staying in pissed and flushed the toilet. I washed my hands in the sink, dried my hands and stepped out but froze when I saw Vincent standing by my bedside table with his back turned to me.
I could sneak out of the room without him noticing I thought as I eyed the door longingly.
Before I could act on it Vincent turned around and he looked angrier than before.
"Why are all these boys texting you?" he asked and that's when I noticed my phone in his hand.
