Hyunjin's POV:-

It had been an hour since I regained consciousness, and I found myself surrounded by everyone. My body ached, and even the slightest movement was a challenge, yet it was they who were shedding tears.

"I'm still here, guys," I said with a smile, glancing around at their tearful faces. "Each of you looks ugly while crying, so stop crying."

"Shut up, you idiot," Felix managed between sobs, eliciting soft laughter from the group.

They drew nearer to my bed, enveloping me in a careful group hug. Felix, Minho, Han, Seungmin, Changbin, Jeongin, and Chan-all of them were there, and I couldn't have asked for better company.

Despite the room's restrictions on two visitors to avoid overwhelming the patient which was me, I was grateful for the presence of all seven. Their absence would have left me feeling more overwhelmed than their presence ever could.

"Can you sit up a little and try to drink some water?" Felix asked, wiping away his tears with a gentle hand.

I let out a childish whine. "No," I protested. Annoying him is going to be my new hobby.

"C'mon, please," Felix urged, his voice filled with concern and a hint of pleading.

With a smile, I agreed. "Fine, pass it over," I conceded, feeling a warmth spread through me at his caring behaviour.

Despite my physical struggles, everything felt strangely comforting and domestic in that moment, as if this was exactly where I was meant to be. Surrounded by my friends, with Felix at my side, I no longer felt the need to hide my feelings for him. It was as though the suffocating weight of secrecy had been lifted, leaving behind a sense of freedom and love.

As another hour passed, filled with their expressions of concern and their playful teasing, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. If you ask me, I regretted nothing.

"Are you guys actually going to tell us what's going on between both of you, or are you going to keep acting like newlyweds?" Chan's question broke the silence, drawing everyone's attention. I couldn't help but notice the crimson red creeping up Felix's cheeks as he sat next to me.

His reaction elicited a suppressed chuckle from me, though I could feel my own cheeks warming in response. Felix cleared his throat, attempting to compose himself as he shot me a quick glance filled with  uncertainty.

"Uh, well," he began, his voice wavering slightly. "We haven't really had the chance to discuss it yet but yeah there's definitely something."

I nodded in agreement.

Chan raised an eyebrow, a playful smile playing on his lips. "Sure, sure," he teased gently. "Just remember, we're all rooting for you two."

The others nodded in agreement, their expressions reflecting genuine support and understanding. Despite the initial awkwardness, I couldn't help but feel grateful for their acceptance.

Yes, I had confessed my feelings to Felix, but he hadn't yet reciprocated. The thought stung, adding to the physical pain that already engulfed my body. But in that moment, I realized that dwelling on it wouldn't change anything.

With a sigh, I pushed aside the hurt feelings and focused on the present. My body was aching, and that was enough to deal with for now. I made a mental note to address my emotions later when I was feeling better, but for the time being, I needed to prioritize my health and recovery.

Taking a deep breath, I forced myself to let go of the lingering thoughts and instead embraced the warmth provided by everyone at the moment.

"Guys, I think it's time for all of you to take a shower, eat something, and freshen up. You all look exhausted," I suggested, my voice tired but firm.
