Jason and Leo were sat at a booth at the café on campus, and they both had their drinks. Jason had a coffee while Leo had a cup of tea.

"How is Calypso anyway?" Jason asked as he held his cup of coffee in his hands, looking at Leo across from him.
"Good, yeah. She has that retail job in clothes? Or something like that." Leo said, bringing his own cup up towards his mouth.
"And I think her classes are going well, since she likes to go out a lot."
Jason hummed, nodding.

"So, you guys... are busy during your free time then? Going on a lot of dates?" Jason questioned, tilting his head at Leo.
Leo hesitated before taking a sip of his tea.
"... W-well, no, she goes out with her friends typically." Leo said, setting his cup of tea down and tapping his fingers against the table.

Leo bit his inner cheek as he kept his gaze away from Jason.
"I mean, I try to ask her out but she just tells me that she'd rather be with her friends since we already live together and we see each other a lot anyway, even though it feels like-?" Leo began to ramble.
"Gah, arrepentido. I--Lo siento. I'm... I'm rambling, you don't want to hear my relationship troubles."

Jason frowned as he titled his head at Leo. Jason glanced at how Leo was tapping his fingers on the table, accidentally saying 'I love you' in morse code, a thing he did subconsciously since he used to tell his mother that in morse code a lot.
"Leo, are you... happy with Cal-?" Jason began, about to reach his hand over to hold Leo's hand comfortingly.

"Hey babe!"
Jason instantly retracted his hand as he looked over to see Calypso coming over and sitting down beside Leo. Leo stopped his tapping and he smiled at Calypso. Jason studied Leo's eyes. He seemed to love Calypso, but why did he look... so tired?

"Hey Mamacit-" Leo began.
"How many times have I told you not to call me that?" Calypso huffed, her cheeks turning red.
Leo grinned at Calypso.
"You get so red though! It's cute!!" Leo exclaimed, wrapping his arm around Calyspo's shoulder.

"Hi Calypso." Jason said, clearing his throat.
Calypso looked at Jason and she managed to smile at him. Jason knew she didn't like him very much, why? He had no idea. But the feeling was mutual.
"Hello... Jason." Calypso cleared her own throat.

"Uhm, what were you going to ask?" Leo asked, looking at Jason.
Jason smiled at Leo and waved his hand in dismissal.
"Nothing, it's fine... just a stupid question." Jason said.
Leo hummed.

"How was your lesson?" Calypso asked, getting Leo's attention again.
"Oh, well it was extremely boring. I was mostly just trying to talk to Jason's younger cousin." Leo said smiling at Calypso.
Calypso blinked at Leo.
"So... you slacked off?" Calypso questioned.
"... Y-yeah?" Leo grinned nervously now.

"Leo, you need to pay attention! This is why you aren't getting any better and-!" Calypso began to scold.
"Leo has perfectly fine English." Jason scoffed out, cutting Calypso off.
Calypso raised her eyebrows as she looked at Jason. Leo looked at Jason too. Both of them looked at Jason with two very different emotions.

"You know he keeps getting words mixed up like all the time?" Calypso questioned.
Jason smiled at Calypso.
"If people can understand what he's talking about, I don't see a problem with him mixing a few words up." Jason stated.

Jason looked at Leo and he noticed how Leo seemed to stare at him, with quite a bit of admiration in his gaze.
"Plus, when he speaks Spanish it's quite... lovely, hearing his accent." Jason said, keeping his gaze on Leo.
Leo's cheeks seemed to warm up and he averted his gaze, a smile growing on his face as he tapped his fingers against the table. 'I love you', 'I love you', 'I love you', is what Leo kept tapping by accident against the table.

"Are you hitting on my boyfriend, Grace?" Calypso tilted her head at Jason.
Jason looked at Calypso.
"I'd never do that in front of you." Jason smiled at Calypso.
"Oh, but you would hit on him if I wasn't here-?" Calypso began.
"He's just messing around, Calypso." Leo said, looking at his girlfriend.

"All I'm saying is that you need to focus so that your English improves." Calypso said, raising her hands up in defense.
"... And I will try a bit more from now on." Leo smiled at Calypso.

"And... thank you, Jason. Eres súper dulce."
Leo looked at Jason and Jason smiled, admiring the shorter male.
"You're welcome, Leo." Jason nodded at the male.

"... Right, well, you said you wanted to see me when I had a break, so why don't you and I hang around, my love?" Calypso smiled at Leo, bringing her hand towards Leo's hair and running her fingers through his curly dark locks.
Leo blinked and he smiled at Calypso.
"It'd be rude to leave Jason-" Leo began.

"Go on." Jason shrugged at Leo.
Leo looked at Jason.
"What? No, Jase, it's fine-" Leo began
"Seriously, go hang out with your girlfriend. I'll be okay." Jason smiled at Leo.
"I think Percy's lesson ends soon so... I'll bother him."
"Are you sure-?" Leo tilted his head at Jason.

"Leo, he said it was okay!" Calypso exclaimed, smiling at her boyfriend.
"So let's go, c'mon."
Calypso took Leo's hand.
Leo smiled at Calypso and then he looked at Jason.
"I'll talk to you later, Jase." Leo said.
"Yeah, bye." Jason said, raising his hand and waving at Leo.

Calypso got up from her seat and dragged Leo up onto his feet. Leo grabbed his bag and waved at Jason before Calypso dragged him away.

Jason huffed to himself as he looked at the half-drunken cup of tea across from him. He picked up his own cup of coffee and sipped on it, just thinking about how Leo looked when he was talking about Calypso before she decided to come over. And how Leo looked when Jason had complimented him.

Jason just really hated Calypso. She didn't deserve such a sweet person to be her boyfriend.
