Nathaniel stared at Aria who was sleeping soundly.
He remembers the conversation they had a few hours ago after he woke up.
Nathaniel jerked up from the sleep, breathing heavily. His whole full sweaty. He could feel his pulse and his fastened heart beat.
He had a nightmare where his mother was looking at him with sadness, blaming him for her death.
Her hurtful words were piercing right through his chest like a knife.
Maybe she was right about it.
If only he did something to stop them that night, maybe everything would be different.
He looked around to find himself alone in the room, looking at the wall clock it showed three in the middle of the night.
Sighing he wiped the sweat off. Feeling his throat dry, he got up and went to the kitchen.
He could still feel his heartbeat running wild, he knew his ears are already bright red.
Entering the kitchen he saw Aria busy while making something. Without any noise he moved further.
Slowly going near her, he looked at the hot water pot which had noodles in it.
"Will it be enough?" Aria jumped at his sudden voice, clutching her erratic heart.
Looking back at him, she replied. "Make some noise while coming, will you?"
Nathaniel just smirked at her.
"And yes, it will enough. There wasn't anything else to eat except these."
"I'm sorry for that...I don't know how to cook, these are only thing I know how to cook."
"Then how did you survive all these times?" She questioned.
"There's a good local restaurant down the street, the owner makes me some fresh food."
Aria just nodded not knowing how to response.
"How about we share..?" She asked.
Nathaniel immediately nodded his head, eagerly getting seated, Aria chuckled at his excitement.
Taking the boiled noodles and rinsing them, she puts the rest of spices and mix them well.
After it is done, she hands half of it to Nathaniel in a bowl and other half to herself.
They eat in silence the only noise could be heard was the slurping of noodles.
Aria looked up at him, watching as he ate.
"You want to say something?" Nathaniel asked without looking up.
"There is this place I saw a few streets away last evening....it will help you a lot, if you want to go there you can, no force."
"What place?" He frowned at her.
Aria hesitate to tell him, not knowing how he will react. It wasn't an easy topic for them to talk. She didn't want him to feel like she's intruding his personal space. But she still wanted best for him. No matter what.
"Angel! What happened?" Aria looked at him who was looking at her curiously.
"Nothing..."
