Aria stared out of the window with emptiness inside her heart.

It's been five months since she last saw him. She contemplates the emptiness her heart is feeling whether due to not being with him or it is because after so many months her heart and mind is at rest from the thoughts of being judged.

She just doesn't know anything now.

In a short time she has fallen for him but it's hard to remove him from her heart. He's inside her heart like he owns it. Maybe he does own it. Because after him no other man seems to interest her anymore.

Imagining herself with someone other than him made a gut-wrenching feeling like pain formed inside her heart. It made her cry.

She hated Nathaniel for that, she can't imagine anyone but him. She hated how he ruined her. If only moving on was easy.

Aria doesn't know how she survived these five months without him. She misses him everyday. She misses him like crazy.

She wanted to run back to him, beg him to take her back but she didn't. Her self-respect stopped her from thinking so low about herself.

She wants to move on and stop thinking about him, but it's hard everything reminds her of him. Every couple makes her remember what they once had.

She misses Ginger a lot as well, she was angry when Laura said she gave it to Nathaniel for some time but later he didn't want to leave him. So she left the cat with him, she never liked him in the first place because of her allergy.

"Aria?" Aria looked behind, towards Laura who called her.

Laura came near and sat beside her on the couch.

"How are you darling?" She asked gently. Aria just nodded her head in reply.

"Are you hungry? I can make something for you, you didn't eat breakfast as well."

"I'm fine, I don't need anything."

"Darling, skipping meals is not good for your health....have something please." She told her.

Aria just shook her head in denial and looked out of the window again.

Laura sighed in defeat, not knowing what to say anymore.

Aria lived near the countryside in Laura's two-story house; she lived alone here while her only daughter lived in New York. Laura allowed her stay as much as she wanted, which Aria is glad without Laura's help it would've been impossible for her to recover this early.

Aria already planned to not stay for a long time.

She got up, ignoring Laura's stare and went towards her room.

Closing the door she went towards her bed and laid.

Staring at the ceiling blankly, she sighed.

After the incident as if Aria lost all her emotions, she can't feel anything. She tried but it felt no use. She wanted to cry, cry her heart out for everything that had happened to her. But no tears seemed to fall from her eyes.

But her heart was in pain, so much pain that felt never ending to her. She wants to stop but she doesn't know how to, maybe it will when she's dead.

Maybe...

"Pretty girl....you know it's for your own good, I will make you pure again. You'll be pretty again." William smiled sickly.

Aria felt like throwing up. His stare made her uncomfortable, made her want to hide far away from him.

He cupped her one cheek and rubbed his thumb across her cheek.

She shrieked away from him. She felt tears burn her eyes but she chose not to cry in front of him.

Be strong... Be strong.

She chanted these words like a mantra.

She was bleeding with the wounds he gave, her face was swollen with blue-purple marks all over her face and body. She has no strength left to even move her one finger.

"Look over there...it's my present for you, pretty girl." He said to her while pointing his finger behind.

Aria gulped and slowly looked behind him.

Her eyes widened in shock, her boy started to shake badly as tears fell from her eyes.

She screamed loudly as she looked at the body in front of her.

She cried and screamed her heart out as she stared at the man who once tried to molest her, she stared at him with longing and loss.

She looked in his eyes which were once filled with so much life and are now lifeless.

Even though he tried to molest her, the guilt of taking someone's life made her-

"It's your fault."

Aria slowly looked up at him. Her eyes widened when she saw his lips moving.

"It's your fault. You killed me." He told her. She trembles listening to his cold voice.

Aria started crying hysterically, shaking her head at his words. She started moving away from him but William caught her by grabbing her arm roughly.

She begged him with her eyes, she couldn't stay here. She can't.

He grabbed her jaw roughly, his grip making her wince.

"You killed him, Aria. You did." He whispers in her ears. She shook her head in no, closing her eyes as she cried.

"You killed him. Accept it." She cries, trying to get away from him.

You killed him.

You killed him.

You killed him..

You killed him.

I killed him.

I did.
