Morning

Sleep felt far away for her. She couldn't believe she did that to him. It wasn't like he didn't deserve it. But it still aches. More than anything else.

It has been only a few days but it feels like eternity for her. It feels like someone is killing her slowly but painfully.

She waited for him to at least text her, or maybe try to talk to her. But he did nothing.

It feels like he vanished from her life after that night.

It made her realize how dependent she is upon him.

Can someone be like this?

To feel like dying because of someone and that someone knows nothing about how you feel?

Does this happen to everyone? She wondered.

Staring up on the ceiling, Aria sighed. The clock ticked, echoing in the whole room.

She couldn't get herself to get up, it felt like a lot of work to do and she just wanted to lay down and drown herself with thoughts of him.

She called this morning to the cafe shop, again asking for a leave. After the call she lay down on the bed the whole morning.

Her hunger vanished the moment she woke up early dawn, since then it's just her all by herself.

It wasn't like this before....

I wasn't like this...

When did every single thing become related to him? When did she start being so dependent on him?

When did things change so much?

The gloomy apartment wasn't helping her much, it felt hard to breathe. She felt suffocated and stayed in a room where everything reminded her about him.

Not taking it anymore she finally got up.

She opened her room door to get out, only to find Ginger sleeping in front of the door, waiting for her.

She started feeling guilty for forgetting him. He might be hungry and all she did was to lock herself inside her room after skipping breakfast, never once she thought about him.

Taking the cat in the arms, she ran her hand through his head making the meow.

She smiled at his cuteness.

Going to the kitchen she gave him food.

She watched as the cat ate eagerly.

Looking at her apartment made her remember him, every memory they shared, the moment they made was still fresh in her mind.

She felt her tearing up again. Her throat was tightening as she stopped herself from crying.

No.

I can't stay like this.

Wiping her tears, she got up.

Aria made up her mind to not stay like this. If he's being selfish then so can she.

Moving back to her room, she went to the bathroom and got ready.

Later in the afternoon

Aria walked around the grocery store, buying the items in the list.

She didn't want to get out but Ginger's cat food was finished and also she had nothing to eat at home.

After a lot of thinking she got out of the apartment.

After paying for the grocery, she left.

Aria didn't feel like going back home, so she decided to church for a change of mind.
