"You," Seungcheol looked at Jeonghan, the man who had now settled himself beside Seungcheol without anyone noticing, "Stay away from him."
"From whom?" Jeonghan batted his eyelashes in confusion and Seungcheol suppressed the urge to tell him to stop doing that.
But it was stupid. Why would anyone even feel their stomach flipping just by watching someone blink? Seungcheol was sure he is gone crazy.
Still he replied, his voice strict, "From Wonwoo. This all, all of it happened because you triggered him."
"I triggered him?" Jeonghan by now had turned himself around in Seungcheol's direction, offended, "He is the one acting all cocky and you are telling me it's my fault?"
"That's right Hyung!" Mingyu argued, still sitting on the corner of the bed, his legs hanging down and touching the ground as he complained, "How can you even side with him? He needs to look at himself, not Jeonghan!"
"Yeah yeah." Seungcheol rolled his eyes, suddenly feeling dominated over two people who glared at him continuously, "Stay like this and when he'll break your bone due to jealousy, just don't come complaining to me then."
"Jealousy?" Jeonghan was confused again, and even before he could blink those eyelashes in Seungcheol's direction, the older immediately looked away, adding, "Have you both ever thought why this all started happening just now? Like remember all the time he smacked something and showed his rage, what were we doing?"
Mingyu pressured his brain harder in order to let it function a little well. Finally he added, slightly uncertain as he looked over Seungcheol and Jeonghan who had his one hand wrapped around Seungcheol's arms while he looked over him.
Suspiciously weird but okay.
"In cafeteria, we were talking about something when he smacked his plate on the table." And the next second, Mingyu's eyes widened, "Fuck! We were talking about him! Now I understand why was he glaring at me! That basterd!"
"Exactly." Seungcheol said, his eyes travelling over Jeonghan, "Even when we were doing dishes, Mingyu was talking to you when he threw his plate down. It's simple, making Jeon Wonwoo jealous is a piece of cake, and with you around him, a man everybody wants to have, it's obvious he feels insecure."
"Insecure my ass!" Mingyu bite back, "What does he want? That i don't talk with people just because his ass can't control his jealousy? Isn't he being pathetic?"
"Well he certainly knows he is pathetic. And as far i can guess, it's not with everybody, it's with few certain people and Jeonghan is in his hit list right now."
There was silence in the room but Seungcheol could feel the fingers which were silently kept on his arms now were tightening their grip. When he looked at the owner of those fingers, he saw the man giving him a look, a different and weird one.
"What?" He asked, and for the second time, he felt dominated by the way Jeonghan looked at him.
Fuck his life.
Jeonghan's brows were narrowed, "You certainly enough know a lot about him."
Now this was out of the blue.
Seungcheol could not understand what was wrong with knowing all those information, "Well," He shrugged his shoulders, "I am good at linking things and reading body language. It's natural."
"Oh, is it?" When Jeonghan gave Seungcheol a forceful tight smile, doing no work in hiding his disappointment in older, Seungcheol was stunned.
Well, it was visible. Seungcheol was good at reading people only when the situation wasn't related to him. But now with Jeonghan being apparently mad at him, he could not pinpoint the reason.
So he decided to ignore it, again. It was always like this, if things won't make sense to him, he would keep it aside and will ignore it for as long as he can.
"So beside keeping Jeonghan away from him," Mingyu asked, "Are we not going to do something of him?"
Seungcheol sighed, "What do you want to do of him? Not like we can break his bones of something."
"We can!" The both men, one from the ground and one from the bed said in unison and Seungcheol was sure, with him, these two had also lost their remaining braincells.
What do you mean they were talking about breaking bones of Jeon Wonwoo? The man who was capable crushing bones into powder?
Seungcheol shook his head at the idea, giving up, "No. He is the only man i would not like to fight," When Mingyu gave him a look, Seungcheol immediately corrected his sentence, "Ofcourse if it's not necessary."
Jeonghan smacked his arms, and Seungcheol looked at him, eyes widened in disbelief. He though thought he was successful in glaring away the younger but Jeonghan immediately proved him wrong when he pinched him on the same place he hit him earlier.
When Seungcheol gave out a little whimper of pain, looking at Jeonghan in annoyance, the younger argued, "If I were with those muscles like you have, i would have broken his nose by now!"
"Why would you even do that?" Seungcheol looked at him in disapproval, "As long as I remember, he still haven't done anything to you, neither directly nor indirectly."
Jeonghan seemed taken aback from the sudden confrontation, and the thing only made him go back in his place and lean his back on the wall, ignoring Seungcheol who was boring his eyes at him, "So what?" He concluded, "He was mean to Mingyu, and Mingyu is my friend so technically, he was mean to me as well."
"Well, keep it to just friends then." Mingyu fell on the bed, closing his eyes as he said his last words before going in his mini coma, "Your ass protector might not like it."
Jeonghan did not say anything but Seungcheol was left offended, "First, don't call me that. Second, i am not Wonwoo. I am okay with him making friends."
"Huh?" Jeonghan looked up at Seungcheol, mouth hung open, "You are? Didn't you said-"
Seungcheol was determined to not look at him, "I accept i did say that but it's between you and me. If you make friends, it's okay but again, if I tell you not to befriend certain someone, you have to listen to me without asking any questions. Understand?"
"Y-Yeah." Jeonghan answered and watched Seungcheol closing his eyes, trying to fall asleep despite being on the floor. But Jeonghan was curious, his curiosity when Seungcheol is sleeping is always top notch.
He questioned all of sudden, voice low, "Is it okay if I talk to other people?"
"Not all." Seungcheol replied, eyes still firmly closed, "Only few. I won't allow everyone near you. People here are not trustable."
Jeonghan nodded immediately even though he knew Seungcheol could not see him anymore, "Does that mean I can roam around, freely?"
"Yes, if you want to be objectified again."
Listening to that, it just took a second for Jeonghan to drop the idea. Being friendly here is quite risky, and Jeonghan being Jeonghan wasn't really ready to experience that feeling again.
The feeling where you know you are pleasing to everyone's eyes but definitely not in good way.
He leaned a little closer to Seungcheol, "Are you going to sleep?"
Seungcheol hummed in response, and Jeonghan ended up looking at the man on bed, the one who was dead asleep by now.
"I want to sleep too." Jeonghan murmured to himself. Though he wanted to get up and move to his bed, he had no energy nor the power to do so. But where would he even sleep here? Jeonghan had no idea about it.
Not until Seungcheol kept his head on his shoulders, eyes still closed but hands ever so soft. His fingers lightly tapped on his cheeks, "Sleep."
Jeonghan thought it to be a command, the way Seungcheol's voice was so cold, it was supposed to be a command but again, the way the warmth of his fingers touched his skin, it was more like a request from the older.
And Jeonghan did. He wrapped his both arms around Seungcheol's, and leaned all in, for all he could get.
And he sweared, Seungcheol's shoulders were the best pillow he ever used in his whole life.
