Sitting outside of the field, Seungcheol looked at the man who sat beside him, doing nothing but picking up the grasses from the ground as his favorite passtime.

Jeonghan was waiting for Mingyu to come back, from where? Both men had no ideas of. And even if Seungcheol told him it was okay to participate in the games without Mingyu, Jeonghan refused to buzz from his place.

His answer to Seungcheol's protest was solid. Infact when Seungcheol heard Jeonghan asking him to join the match with him instead of Mingyu, the protest from Seungcheol's side were immediately dropped.

The idea of waiting for Mingyu then wasn't the worst one in Seungcheol's opinion.

"Were you always this keen towards sports?" Seungcheol couldn't help but ask from the man who stopped playing with the grasses, and as a response, he looked up at him to meet his eyes, "Why do you ask?"

"I was just curious." Seungcheol shrugged his shoulders but when Jeonghan batted his eyelashes towards him in the most discreet manner, the older immediately looked away, "Actually, looking at you, nobody will be able to say you like sports."

It took a minute for Jeonghan to understand what Seungcheol meant by 'looking at you', and as he did, he let out a sound of realisation, immediately adding, "You are looking down on me, aren't you?!"

Seungcheol wasn't surprised that Jeonghan was all of sudden so offended by something so minor. He was always like this, and so Seungcheol had learnt not to entertain his little banters, "How can I when you are as same height as me?"

Jeonghan smacked his arms, totally pissed, "You are literally too much!"

"Am i?" Seungcheol let out a chuckle, adding, "But still, me being too much doesn't explain the fact that you like sport with a body that seems like will collapse the second it's brought in the sun."

Jeonghan at that point didn't even tried to hide that he was glaring at the man, "Really Coups? Out of all things, you came up with that?"

"Why?" Seungcheol teased, "You want me to come up with something else? I can change that statement but I am not sure if you gonna like it or not."

Jeonghan gritted his teeth in annoyance, and the next second, he pouted, visibly sulking, "Make fun of me all you want. So what if I am not as big as you? I still love sports and I will love it, always."

"You get exhausted within an hour."

"........"

"I'll smack your head if you said anything once again."

The way Jeonghan glared at him, Seungcheol finally decided he wasn't going to tease him further. Ofcourse riling up Jeonghan was something Seungcheol loved to do, because it was easy pissing off Jeonghan and receiving those pouty strange expressions.

Seungcheol didn't knew he was someone who would love to watch someone sulking but here he was.

"You know Coups," Jeonghan suddenly started, his voice calm, and Seungcheol looked up at him, giving him his undivided attention, "I always loved to play, even as a child. But there weren't many people who would play with me."

"Why?" Coups was genuinely concerned cause Jeonghan didn't look like he was joking of some short.

His eyes, they were the most genuine one Seungcheol had seen.

"Father didn't allow it." The younger's voice suddenly disappeared, and Seungcheol found Jeonghan leaning towards his shoulders, keeping his head on it, "He said, that was childish and i should grow up." His voice felt heavy, and he had now wrapped his arms around Seungcheol's own, "So I grew up. I didn't dare to play with anyone. I was afraid I will be called childish."
