"What?!" Mingyu for now, was officially baffled.
He looked at his basketball buddy, his brows frowning and eyes holding a strange hope no one was able to decode for the sake of him, "I don't believe you. How do you even know about this?"
"I know about this because i saw it in front and of my eyes?" Mingyu's buddy knew he was surrounded by idiots and today, if it wasn't for Mingyu's already injured head, he would have smacked him more than twice already.
He tried to explain the situation to the wide eyed man, "Look, when that situation, I mean your confession happened, and you went out from there while trying to maintain your tough dude image, someone from behind mocked at you. Wonwoo and those two people got into a bad argument and then in a full fledged fight. The situation was bad, and as I said, Wonwoo was taken out of there immediately. Everyone was sure he was going to be transferred at very severe place. But look at his luck," The man sighed, "He came back just to end up being hated so bad by the only person I assume he loves."
"He doesn't love me." Mingyu repeated the sentence again, but this time, instead of the hatred flowing through that sentence, a sense of confusion and uncertainty became oddly visible to it. It was like rather than others, he was telling himself that Jeon Wonwoo does not love him at all.
"Does that matter?" Jeonghan was the first one to voice out one of the numerous questions in Mingyu's mind, "Didn't he say he did not like Mingyu back then? If he really loved him all along, why did he do that?" His eyes were sharp when he looked at his buddy, "You are saying that as if you wrote his love life, or Jeon Wonwoo himself told you that he loved him."
The sharp eyes just made the man become self conscious of himself, so much that he ended up looking at Coups, as if he was complaining about Jeonghan's stares to his man without being vocal about it.
Coups on the other hand just kept his palms on Jeonghan's shoulders, and when the younger raised his head look up at the man, the older slightly shook his head, telling him to control his urge to smack the shit outta the man.
Well, he did look like he wanted to smack the shit outta him for no reason.
Or maybe he was just annoyed that someone was trying to make Jeon Wonwoo 'The Good Man' that he wasn't ready to accept just yet.
Neither was Mingyu.
Watching the confusion and annoyance rising in the air, Seungcheol knew it was his time to meddle in between, "Alright, let's stop talking about this." He suggested, "It's something they both should talk out, not us. We should stay away from this matter."
=================================
The night was already there when the both men left Mingyu to his cell and decided to go back to their own. They weren't hungry, not anymore with all those brand new informations lingering in their head.
The main question was still there, What the fuck was exactly wrong with Jeon Wonwoo?
"I think you should stop lingering on Wonwoo's head now." Seungcheol suddenly commented as both of them entered inside their shared cell, and when Jeonghan raised his brows at him, his veins suddenly filled with the urge to clear himself out, "I mean, you heard what he said right? Jeon Wonwoo is probably not that bad as he seems."
The next second, Jeonghan crossed his arms over his chest, his frowned brows finally coming back to their previous position, "Are you saying I am being annoying?"
Well-
What?! When did Seungcheol say that?!
"No!" Seungcheol immediately defended himself, "Why would you think that?! I didn't mean anything like that. I just meant, we, as in general, should sometimes focus on Wonwoo's point of view as well. You know it might-"
