No more dojos no more fighting...Please

I could feel the heat of the sun burning my skin as I laid on a pool chair with my eyes closed tight. I could hear the sounds of water splashing, whistles blowing, kids screaming, and the squish the soggy shoes made as people walked by. My hair was still wet from just getting off one of the water slides that had been on our side of the park and was now sticking to my neck.

As I opened my eyes I was blinded by the fiery light of the sun hitting my face and I heard the laughing of Moon and Yasmine two chairs down from me as Sam sat between us in silence reading her book. Which was odd given the fact that we were at a water park and were supposed to be having fun.

I turned to my Right to where Anthony was sitting beside me on another pool chair looking at some of the slides on the Cobra Kai kids side.
Meaning that the two dojo's thought that it would be better to divide the water park and make sure we all stick to our sides so no fights happen. Which is stupid because they got all the good slides.

Just the thought of those stupid cobras made me mad because of how entitled they were. they thought that just because they have a cool new dojo and have a sensei that is brain washing them they think that they could take whatever they want. It's total bullshit !

"Whats wrong?" Anthony asked as he noticed my sour face.

"Nothing, its just not fair that they get all the good slides and we get the baby pool" I complain.

"Yeah I know right! Its so unfair." He agreed looking me in the eye.

"We should go over there anyway, I mean we don't have a dojo anymore plus you don't even do karate" I debated, even though there was no one I was arguing with. Anthony gave me a look that said "are you sure about that"

"sounds like a great idea BUT how about we go get slushies instead" Anthony said trying to be as supportive as possible but also seeing how stupid the idea was. I gave him a glare knowing that he was right that we shouldn't go to the other side but I would never tell him that. "I'll pay" he persuaded.

"fine" I groaned out as we both stood up and walked to the snack stand passing Eli and Miguel on the way. " Hey boys" I smiled.

"hey cas" Miguel smiled back then eyed Anthony.

"Sup Cassie" Eli said doing the same thing that Miguel did to Anthony. The two then walked away and over to Sam, Moon, and Yasmine.

"That was weird right" Anthony questioned as his eyes followed the two boys.

"Yea weird" I said my mouth agape. I'll talk to them about that later I thought.

We walked up to the snack stand and Anthony paid for our slushys and we headed back to our seats, but before we could we were interrupted by cobra kai more specifically Kenny and his dumb "friends"

"What" I said with a sigh as Kenny made his way closer to us.

"relax we just wanted to check out the two love birds" Kenny said with to much sarcasm and a  smirk. How'd he know we were dating nobody could have told him. Probably just being sarcastic

"Just leave us alone" I snap back and with that kenny's smirk dropped.

"you really want to give me that attitude" Kenny stepped uncomfortably closer to me and whispered loud enough for the gang around us to hear. "You remember what happened last time don't you." Even though it was about 97 degrees out, a chill went down my spine and the memories of me laying defenceless on the floor while my thought to be friend and my brother along with many others were kicking and punching me until I was about to pass out. I  hadn't thought to much about that day since it happened only a couple months ago, I guess I was hoping that if I didn't think about it then it never happened but sadly it did. Truly I hadn't cared to much about that day, yes it happened but i'm fine now, that's why it was so weird to me that when Kenny brought it up a pit formed in my stomach and it felt like i couldn't breathe or talk or even move. I hated this feeling and I wanted it to go away. it didn't make any sense "why do I feel this way! Stop! Snap out of it! Your tough! You don't care! Its in the past you shouldn't feel this way!" My thoughts were flooded. Maybe it was the heat or maybe something more but I didn't have time to think too deeply about that now. My face for just a second showed everyone around me just how much that little reminder from Kenny effected me but I quickly switched back to my hard intimidating glare that was directed at Kenny who now had his original smirk back. I opened my mouth to speak but was quickly cut off by Eli coming over and standing in front of me.
