Protect That Egg Or So Help Me God

It's been about a week since we started training again and well, theres been a lot of stuff that happened between then and now.

To start Anthony got his face shoved in shit by the cobra Kai dojo. Which really pissed me off for obvious reasons.

Another thing that happened this week was the mass promotion of the new cobra Kai dojos. There's been about 4 new dojos that opened up since last Sunday. I can't go anywhere without that stupid snake logo in my face.

But today was just another day of training and me a Robby were about to be late.

"Robby hurry up!" I yelled standing at the door ready to leave.

"I'm coming, I'm coming!" He ran from his room to the front door "dad was going to drive us, I was waiting for him"

"He left like an hour ago to see his boyfriend" I said rushing out the door. Robby gave me a weird look as he locked the door "Mr LaRusso" I clarified.

"Ohhh got it"

We practically ran to the car and Robby drove as fast as he could to the dojo. We pulled in to the dusty parking lot and hurried through the gate. We walked in and everyone was there warming up. I sighed in relief that we weren't too late. I threw my bag down with the rest and joined Anthony and Sam by a tree.

"Hey guys" I smiled at them.

"Hey Cass" Anthony smiled back.

"Cassie! I'm so glad you're here I thought you weren't coming" Sam said with relief. It wasn't easy being the two only girls in the dojo so whenever to other wasn't at practice it wasn't great.

"Blame Robby he was waiting for our dad who wasn't there to drive us" I laughed and so did they. We stretched for a little while and Robby came over and helped Anthony with his technique a bit.

Soon after we were called over to Chozen. He told us that we needed to each grab an egg then protect it from him any way we could.

I ran and grabbed my egg then took off like the others. People moved around trying to find the best place for their egg not knowing what that would be. I thought it would be a good idea to put it in my sweatshirt pocket and hide from Chozen and when approached fight my way out. Not the best plan, I know but it was the only one I had.

I made my way towards to side of the house next to the wooden fence. I stood there waiting and listening. I could hear the sounds of the others and their annoyed voices when their eggs were cracked. I figured out that there was only 4 of us left. There was no way I was about to go and walk back now to see who exactly was left so I just stayed in my spot. That was until Chozen slyly walked up to me.

"You can just give up now,spare yourself the embarrassment" Chozen teased.

"No way, that takes all the fun out of it" I smiled. I knew he wouldn't seriously hurt me so I knew this fight would only make me better.

"Have it your way" he smiled back at me. I took my stance waiting for him to strike first. He struck me with his hand in the stomach trying to get to the egg. He almost did but I jumped back at the right second. I kicked my leg up but was blocked and he tried to use his arm to hit me again getting block by me. The fight went on for a good two minutes just like that we would get a hit occasionally but mostly we would block each and try to knock the other one down.
