'Why am I feeling nervous suddenly?' I thought as I looked at myself sitting in front of the mirror in a beautiful Red Bridal Lehenga with Golden embroidery.

I took my gaze from myself and looked around the room I was sitting in. It was filled with gifts, jewellery boxes and flowers.

It is my wedding day but I don't feel like a happy bride. I am stressed about the man with whom I'm about to get married, I'm stressed that I will end up hurting somebody unknowingly and I don't know it was just fucked up.

Doors were slammed open and I saw my only person, Ahana walking in with a beautiful smile with Ruhana trailing behind her.

I smiled but it fell when I saw my mother with my cousins entering too.

"Shrey! You look eternal. Beautiful and Gorgeous." Ahana engulfed me in a warm hug and tightened the grip.

"Everything will go right. From now on, nothing will go wrong." She pulled back and whispered which was only audible to me and I nodded gulping my tears.

"Massi beautiful." Little Ruhana wrapped her tiny arms around me. I bent as I cupped her and placed a peck on her chubby cheeks.

"Thankyou mere Sher. You are the prettiest." I responded and she smiled with her missing tooth.

"You know Massi loves you." I kissed her forehead and she cupped my cheek to place a peck and smiled.

I love her. I feel she is my child and I tend to shower her with all the love I have.

"Didi, you look beautiful." I straightened and my cousins decided to speak but with God's Grace, they spoke something good not poisonous.

I gave them a lip-tight smile and my mother stood in front of me.

"Everyone is waiting for you. Come." She ordered and started to move. Ahana and I shared a look and she held me by my arm and guided me outside.

I fisted my hands around my lehenga as I stood on the top of the Aisle. I looked around and everything was just looking like a beautiful dream. My heart was beating erratically. My hands were sweating and my thumping heart was not calming.

I started to descend the stairs with slow steps. I heard hootings, cheerings and claps.

As I reached the end of the aisle, I saw a big masculine hand in front of me. I took my gaze up to get a clear view of the source.

Huh, none other than Mr Abhishek Malhotra my husband, who was looking devilishly handsome. I took his hand in mine and suddenly felt small in front of him.
