I drifted off to sleep, tomorrow in my mind. It almost hurt to forgive Four, but something about him accepting my offer made my stomach grow warm. I didn't like him, but I couldn't bring myself to hate him either.. I knew I was responsible for what I had done, and I knew he was too.

As my consciousness faded, my surroundings grew quiet and dark, soft blue lighting coming from where my feet touched the ground. Lifting my foot up, the footprint of light lingered for a second before fading away. I took a few steps, watching the path form just to die out. I kept walking, making shapes and patterns and watching them fade to black. Smiling a little, I decided to see how far this strange abyss went. I started walking quickly, almost running.

All of a sudden, I felt cold, bony fingers wrap around my wrist tightly, yanking me back. I looked up to see that attercop once again. It smiled at me, but it wasn't a welcoming one. Before I could react, I was spun, being led in a dance. "Let's start over." A voice came from the spider-like entity. It didn't belong to Four, sounding like a raspy echo.

One of its numerous hands crept to my back, dipping me suddenly. I winced as the sharp fingers dug into my spine, being stuck in the position for an uncomfortable several seconds before I was pulled back up. Stumbling, I walked too far forwards, getting roughly pulled back in. I was met with a glare and a heel jabbed into the top of my foot, trapping it there. The blue light grew brighter at the increased pressure, lingering for longer than the other footprints.

It all felt so familiar

It all felt so familiar..

Being pulled and pushed around to its rhythm, I struggled to keep up. My legs grew tired and my arms grew heavy, but its hands never left my arms, keeping them up. I didn't want to dance anymore. It's grip grew increasingly aggressive, but that face splitting smile remained. I could see the truth in its eyes, it could care less about me. I saw it's true intentions. It wanted X.

But I forgot my dream when I woke up.
