A Bed To Sleep Is Oft Safe To Keep

August 10th

I do not believe I shall do anything today. Upon inquiry of my housemates, I have decided to relinquish control of all that I wished to do the day before and remain in bed. I may stay here a few weeks if need be. These others have asked if they should call upon a physician and of course I replied with a strong answer to their dismay. No shall be their only reward even it was to be my death. Although hours later I could hear the nauseating chatter of a so-called physician ready to drain me dry of essential fluids I suppose. What idiots! It is a wonder that this generation of Neanderthals have not all died off except for the likes of myself and my grandfather. Even he seems weary of such help and prefers the use of remedies such as plants and other things. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have upon the reader, but I shall write another day. At the moment I do not feel the need to speak on what is occurring as of late and shall begin again on a much better day. These haunting images of tormented foxes being shredded of life has begun to take its toll and I shall rest again. I do wonder now if the creatures for my own buggies also have been through such unnecessary treatment. And what of these magical trees I was told of? Are they also alive in some way? No, I shall not believe such nonsense. It is better for me to rest and find a more opportune time to write again.
