Eliana had learned a lot in the days since finding out about the supernatural residents of Mystic falls.
She found out that Bonnie was a witch, the blonde girl that attacked her was their friend Caroline, who was in the hospital and was now a vampire. Oh, and that Elena was something called a doppelganger, meaning she had a psycho twin named Katherine.
Eliana had woven herself into the friend group, with all of them knowing about the supernatural bonding them together. Bonnie was more her friend than Elena though, as she was always off with the Salvatore brothers.
Eliana had seen Caroline a few times after the carnival, even spoken a few words to her. She wasn't scared of her anymore, It wasn't Caroline's fault she couldn't control her bloodlust, Eliana was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And now Bonnie and Eliana were at her place, studying for their history test. "Maybe i can sneak in and steal the test answers from my uncles things.." Eliana muttered as she flipped through her history book.
Bonnie seemed to be lost in thought, chewing on the skin of her lip as she stared blankly at her own book in her lap.
Eliana nudged her with her foot, trying to grab the girls attention. "You okay Bonnie?"
She startled from her thoughts, looking at Eliana with an apologetic expression.
"It's just-I feel like i shouldn't have made her a daylight ring..." Bonnie said as she leaned her head back against her headboard.
Eliana knew what she was talking about, Bonnie had made Caroline a daylight ring allowing her to walk in the sunlight. Stefan promised to teach her restraint and control but it all came down to if she actually wanted to be in control.
"I know how you feel about vampires Bonnie so I'm not saying to just go and be her pal again, but, it's a vampires nature to want blood right? If she feels guilty about killing, I'm sure she won't go on a rampage through the streets." Eliana shrugged a shoulder. Even though she didn't know her well, she believed Caroline would be able to control herself.
"Like you said it's a vampires nature to want to kill. She attacked you, you're not scared of her being out on the streets?" asked Bonnie, causing Eliana to shake her head.
"As long as she keeps her teeth to herself, I'm fine with her. And, my uncle has me drinking vervain so I can't be a tasty snack. Bonnie, you've known Caroline your whole life, do you think she'd go on a rampage and kill half the town?"
