Eliana shivered as a cool breeze blew by, she was surrounded by trees, standing in the middle of the forest in only her pajamas. Her  bare feet crunched the leaves and pine needles underneath her as she took a few steps forward. Confusion washed over her as she looked around, where was she?

Gravestones were littered all around, so old and worn by the elements that the lettering couldn't be made out. A small, stone building stood in front of her, a tomb with the last name Salvatore etched above the door.

The Salvatore tomb? Why would she be here?

The world around her changed quickly, the moonlight that had lit up the world around her disappearing before she was blanketed in darkness. She couldn't see a thing, until a glimmer of light shone in the distance and her feet dragged her towards it. The world changed once more, to a brighter room. It looked as if it was a basement, familiar to her but she could remember where from.

All five caskets Klaus kept with him began to appear all around her. A bit of sunlight streamed in through a small window. She racked her brain to see if she could try to remember where she was, why the room looked so familiar, but she couldn't.

The lid of one of the caskets began creaking open by itself as if something was pushing it open from the inside. Eliana's heart was hammering in her chest as she took a step back and watched as a pale hand gripped the side of the casket, whatever was inside slowly pushed it up, but their body seemed distorted. A blur was surrounding them.

It was so blurred she couldn't see their features, but from the stature, it seemed to be a woman. The longer she stared at them, the more her head began to hurt, it felt as if her brain was pressing against her skull, as if she wasn't supposed to see the woman at all. Whispering erupted all around her, the disembodied voices getting louder and louder until it felt like she was thrown back by an invisible force, the world going dark before her eyes snapped open.

She sat up in bed with a start, her heart beating wildly as she took in deep breaths. Her hands were shaky, the rest of her body shivering as if she had been dunked in an ice cold bath.

She closed her eyes, placing a hand on her heart as she tried to calm it down. She'd never had a dream like that before, and she guessed it had something to do with Klaus. It was his family in the caskets, so why else would they appear in her dreams?

The blonde sighed as she laid back in the bed, staring up at the ceiling. She probably wouldn't be able to go back to sleep, not with her mind racing like it was. Who did she see in her dream?
