Vox laid in his bed. There was a bunch of hateful voicemails from Val and Vel. Them screaming about how he is throwing everything away just to be hurt. It took years to build the empire and he was throwing it away. If he came back it would take years to fix. Vox knew they were right but he couldn't give up his chance with Alastor.
There was a knock at his door. Vox just groaned but Alastor opened the door and entered anyways.
"You missed breakfast," Alastor said as he closed the door and headed towards Vox.
"Not hungry," Vox said as he laid in his back and looked up at the ceiling.
Alastor walked to the bed and stared.
"What's the matter now?" Alastor asked as he was deciding whether or not to sit.
"Nothing," Vox groaned but his phone went off on the bed side table.
Alastor carefully picked up the phone as if it was going to explode.
"I hope your ass burns from how he fucks you," Alastor was out loud. "That's was an undelightful message."
"Why are you reading my texts?" Vox asked as he sat up to take the phone away.
"The device made a buzz noise," Alastor explained. "That means someone is communicating with you and at the moment it was Valentino."
"You are so observant," Vox mocked.
"Why is being hateful towards you?" Alastor asked as he tilted his head.
Vox stared at Alastor.
"Well?" Alastor asked as he kept his head tilted and radio static start to fill the room.
"You really that dense?" Vox asked.
Alastor tiled his head further.
"You are going make me say it aren't you?" Vox said feeling frustrated with everything.
Alastor tiled his head again and his neck looked so uncomfortable. The radio static got louder.
"It's you jackass," Vox said.
"Oh," Alastor said as he fixed his neck and sat down next to Vox.
"Really?" Vox asked feeling like pushing him off the bed.
"Just wanted to see if I still had a hold on you," Alastor said.
"God I can't get out," Vox said as he pointed to the door.
"So touchy," Alastor said as he got up to head to the door and left.
Fuck were they right. Alastor just left him and did not care. Vox could be destroying everything and for no reason other than to be in a delusional relationship.
Vox got up and got dressed.

Alastor stood on the other side of the door. He ran his fingers through his hair. How could he not comfort Vox. He hated that he just wanted to go back to his old ways. Alastor wanted to tell Vox not to listen to them. However Alastor was still trying to figure out his emotions himself.
The door opened and Alastor fell into Vox's arms.
"Uh hello," Alastor said as he blushed as he was looking directly up into Vox's eyes.
"I thought you left," Vox said with shock.
"I," Alastor couldn't string out a thought.
"Don't think just say," Vox said.
"I was upset I couldn't reassure you," Alastor admitted as his face turned bright red.
Vox gave a sweet smile to Alastor.
"This is reassuring enough," Vox said as he flipped Alastor to be facing him and gave him a kiss.
Alastor kissed back which surprised Vox. Vox felt himself grow and Alastor pressed against it.
"We could?" Vox started.
"Oh heavens no," Alastor said as he pulled apart. "I got a hotel to host."
Alastor walked away.
"And you my television friend," Alastor started. "Promised to help Charlie with ads for the hotel."
Vox grumbled.
"Yes that's the spirit," Alastor said as he got farther away.
Vox followed but admired the back of Alastor.
"I feel your eyes," Alastor said.
"Well then make me stop," Vox teased but felt himself pulled into a closet.
Vox saw the shadow in there with a stupid smile on its face. Vox felt himself start to kiss the cold mouth of the shadow knowing Alastor felt it. Vox felt the shadow grab his crotch.
"It's all yours," Vox said and the shadow happy started to undo his pants. The shadow started to rub Vox down. Vox felt a moan escape from his lips. Vox felt himself wanting Alastor rather than his cold dark shadow.
"Why can't he admit he wants me if he sends you," Vox moaned as the shadow continued with the hand job.
The shadow didn't have a response. The shadow was too busy with the task at hand. Vox moaned. Vox just wanted the real Alastor and not his shadow. Vox felt himself get close.
"Alastor," Vox moaned as he climaxed.
The shadow disappeared and Vox zipped himself up and opened the closer. Alastor was in the other side with a shit eating grin on his face.
"You called?" Alastor teased.
"Can I say something," Vox said.
"You know the rules," Alastor reminded.
"I rather have you next time," Vox said as he picked up Alastor's hand and kissed it.
Alastor felt a small blush appear on his cheeks.
"I am going to say something without thinking," Alastor started. "Why don't we do something fun just the two of us?"
"Like?" Vox asked curiously.
"Me and you start the internet broadcasting," Alastor said.
"You mean a podcast," Vox corrected.
"Yes that might give me a chance to warm up to you and maybe provide some time for you," Alastor suggested.
"Sounds like a great project," Vox said as they linked arms and walked down the hall together.
