A week had passed since Jeongyeon had accepted Nayeon's deal. She had sat with Nayeon and her father for a few minutes before her future wife unceremoniously kicked her out of the hospital room and ordered Han to drive her back to Park-Im. In Nayeon's words, "I don't want you here when my mother gets back. Let me handle her and uncle. Keep a low profile until I contact you."

Jeongyeon didn't have much of a say in the matter, but she also didn't feel like sticking around for Miyoi Akira to come back and interrogate her so she did as Nayeon said. She practically fled from the car before Han could even properly park and high tailed it back to her place the second she was behind the wheel of her Aston Martin V12 Vantage.

She had done a good job of making herself scarce ever since, choosing to hide out in her apartment and order in, all the while dodging Seungyeon's attempts to find out what was going on as well as aggravating her dear eomma by skipping out on yet ...

She had done a good job of making herself scarce ever since, choosing to hide out in her apartment and order in, all the while dodging Seungyeon's attempts to find out what was going on as well as aggravating her dear eomma by skipping out on yet another family dinner. Nayeon had yet to contact her, and she couldn't decide whether it was a good or bad thing.

Presently, Jeongyeon was in the middle of a serious gaming session. She'd gotten into first person shooters recently and was checking out the latest battle royale that had everyone hooked. "Seriously? How is that not a headshot?! This stupid fucking game," Jeongyeon yelled in frustration. "I'm gonna get you, you little bitch." She was so focused on the screen that she didn't even notice two figures had crept into her apartment and were now watching her silently, trying not to laugh as she threw a temper tantrum. "There you are you bastard. Take that!"

"She's so intense bro. You sure about living with her?" Chaeyoung whispered.

"I'll just invest in some really good noise canceling headphones so I don't have to hear her argue with some 12 year old," Dahyun shrugged.

"What the fuck?!" Jeongyeon threw down her controller when the death screen popped up. "I had him fair and square! Tch!"

"My turn!" Chaeyoung jumped over the back of the couch and picked up the discarded controller, causing Jeongyeon to nearly fall off said couch in shock.

"What the hell!" she yelled. She ripped off her headset and threw them at the other woman. "When did you get here Chae?"

"Just now." Chaeyoung put on the headset and focused on the tv. "Let's order something. I'm starving."

"Me too. Can we unnie?" Dahyun surprised Jeongyeon by wrapping her arms around her neck and holding her from behind.

"Yah, Kim Dahyun, you haven't even started moving in yet and you're already letting in riffraff?" Jeongyeon shrugged out of her hug and headed to the kitchen. The pale skinned woman followed after her.

"Have a heart Jeongyeon unnie. That little cub needs shelter. Who else will take her in?" Dahyun sighed dramatically then grinned. Jeongyeon gave her a flat look before passing her a mocha drink. "What have you been up to unnie? I feel like we haven't heard from you lately."
