Karishma slowly opened her eyes, groaning from the pain in her head. She tried to remember what happened the night before, but her mind was a complete blank. Haseena, stood beside her, smiling and holding a tray with pancakes and coffee.
"Good morning," Haseena said cheerfully. "Arey aap uth gaye."
Karishma's gaze narrowed. "Who are you?" she asked, her voice laced with confusion.
Haseena's smile faltered, and she looked at Karishma with a mix of concern and sadness. "Hum...hum yaha kya kar rahe hai?"
Karishma scanned the room, trying to remember how she got there. "I...I don't know."
Haseena sat beside her, her eyes locked on Karishma's. "Aap ko kuch bhi yaad nhi hai?"
Karishma shook her head, feeling a surge of panic. " Nahi, I'm sorry...I don't remember anything."
Haseena's expression turned cold, her voice firm. "Yeah, aap hamare kapde change kijiye apne kapde lijiye aur jaiye yaha se."
Karishma quickly gathered her clothes and rushed to the bathroom, feeling a sense of unease. When she came out, Haseena was gone, but a stunning portrait of her in the living room caught Karishma's attention. She couldn't help but admire Haseena's beauty.
As she went downstairs, haseena saw Karishma leaving the house, tears streaming down her face. Haseena's heart ached, and she wanted to stop Karishma, to remind her of their love, but her voice was stuck in her throat.
Just then, Meera appeared behind her. "Sub thik hoga usse jaldi hi sub yaad aa jayega tum himmat mat haaro."
"Aisa hamre sath hi kyu hota h, kyu hum un logo se alag ho jate h jinse hum subse jayda pyaar krte h meera, kyu sirf hum, kya hume pyaar milne ka hak nhi h, woh hum...humhe kyu bhul gayi kya hamara pyaar itna kamjor tha ki unhe sirf hum hi yaad nhi hai kyu woh sirf hume hi bhul gai hai." Haseena turned around and hug her, Meera let me cry.
Karishma walked into her home, still lost in thought, her mind racing while her heart was beating fasly since she saw haseena. Her mother called out to her, "Karishma, beta, kaha thi tum kal raat se kitne call kiye tumhe!"
But Karishma didn't respond, too caught up in her own world. She didn't even notice her mother's concerned tone.
"Karishma !" Pushpa ji called out again, this time a bit louder.
But Karishma just kept walking, her feet carrying her to the safety of her room. She closed the door behind her and leaned against it, feeling the weight of her emotions bearing down on her.
Here pushpa ji sighed and walked to Karishma's room, knocking gently on the door. "Karishma, Karishma darwaza kholo, kyaa huya hai Karishma !! Baat kro humse betaa !!"
But Karishma just shook her head, even though her mother couldn't see her. She couldn't bring herself to share her pain with anyone, not even her mother.
The door creaked open, and pushpa jii peeked in, concern etched on her face. "Karishma kyaa huyaa beta."
Karishma's eyes flashed up, and she quickly looked away, trying to hide her tears. "Karishma, batao Hume kyaa huya hai," her mother pleaded, sitting beside her on the bed.
But Karishma remained silent, her heart heavy with grief, her mind still reeling from the encounter with Haseena. She knew she needed time to process her emotions, to figure out what she is feeling. And for now, she just wanted to be left alone.
Pushpa jii made Karishma sat on her bed, her eyes fixed on a random spot on the wall as she tried to recall the events of the previous night. Her mind was a jumble of hazy memories, but she struggled to piece them together. She hold her head between her hands.
Suddenly, a blurred scene flashed in her mind. She saw herself and Haseena at a party, laughing and dancing together. They were holding hands, and Haseena's eyes sparkled with happiness. Karishma's heart skipped a beat as she remembered the way Haseena's hand felt in hers.
The scene shifted, and Karishma saw herself and Haseena arguing. Their voices were raised, and their words were laced with anger and hurt. Karishma's mind raced as she tried to recall what they were fighting about, but the memory was too fuzzy.
Another scene flashed, and Karishma saw herself waking up in Haseena's bed, her head throbbing. Haseena was sitting beside her, looking concerned and sad. Karishma remembered feeling a sense of unease and confusion as she tried to piece together what had happened the night before.
The memories were fragmented and unclear, but Karishma knew she had to keep trying to remember.
Ahhhh...Amma sar...sar bohut dard kr rha hai kuch...kuch ajeeb sa naraz aa raha hai sub..sub dhudla saa Amma koi ladki h hamare sath...ahhgghhhh" Karishma moans in pain, pushpa jii quickly takes Karishma's
Karishma's eyes snapped open, and she clutched her head in agony. The memories had brought on a piercing headache, and she felt like her mind was splitting apart.
"Karishma, kyaa ho rha hai tumhe" Pushpa ji , rushed to her side, concern etched on her face.
Karishma couldn't speak, her voice trapped in her throat. She could only whimper in pain, her body trembling.
Pushpa jii quickly grabbed a medicine bottle from the nearby table and poured a dose into a glass of water. "Isse piyo, thik lagega" she said, her voice soothing.
Karishma hesitated, but the pain was too much to bear. She took the glass from her mother and drank the medicine in one gulp.
Pushpa stroked her hair, trying to comfort her. "Hota hai beta, Doctor ne kaha tha aisa hoga jab jab tum woh saari bhuli huyi baat ko yaad krne ki koshish krongi.
Karishma nodded, her eyes welling up with tears. She felt so helpless, like her mind was a puzzle she couldn't solve. But with her mother's support, she knew she could face whatever lay ahead.
As the medicine took hold, Karishma's eyelids grew heavy, and she felt herself drifting off to sleep. Her mother, Pushpa, gently stroked her hair, whispering soothing words.
Mishri and Santu, who had been watching from the doorway, felt a lump form in their throats as they saw Karishma in pain. Tears welled up in their eyes as they witnessed their friend's struggle.
As Karishma's breathing slowed, and she fell asleep, Pushpa gestured to Mishri and Santu to come closer. They approached the bed, their eyes brimming with tears.
Pushpa put a hand on each of their shoulders. "Hum himmat rakhni hogi, mishri tum phone krdo haseena ko yeh sub usse bata do."
Mishri dialled Haseena's number, her hands shaking with worry. When Haseena answered, Mishri's voice trembled as she shared the news about Karishma's condition.
Haseena's heart ached as she listened to Mishri's words over the phone. She wanted to be there for Karishma, to help her remember and work through her pain. But she knew she couldn't.
"Mishri, hum kyaa kare Hume kuch samajh nhi aa rha." Haseena pleaded, feeling helpless.
"Aap kyaa hum bhi kuch nhi kar sakte, Haseena ma'am" Mishri replied gently. " Jaisa doc ne kaha hai waise hi rehna hoga Hume warna Karishma ki health ki liye risky ho sakta h."
Haseena felt a lump form in her throat. She wanted to be there for Karishma, but she knew she had to prioritize Karishma's well-being.
"Hum samajhte hai," Haseena said, her voice barely above a whisper. "Aap bs unka dhayan rakhna aur jo b ho Hume batate."
Mishri's voice was filled with empathy. "Jii meh aapko updates deti rahungi uski tabiyat ki woh chinta aap mat, aap bs apna dhayan rakhiye."
Haseena nodded, even though she knew Mishri couldn't see her. She felt a sense of helplessness wash over her, knowing she couldn't be there for Karishma in the way she wanted.
The scene fades with Haseena sitting alone, her phone still clutched in her hand, her heart heavy with worry and concern for Karishma.
