_Chapter 9_

The two hadn't stopped all night, Raven had found a new spark between them, she found a new love for Rafe that she hadnt realized. There was something different between them but she couldn't name what it was. It was the next day now, she was reading in the library while Rafe was working. He had found work pretty quickly because she wasn't even blind to knowing that he was good at manipulating. Her phone went off so she put down the book, to see who it was when his contact popped up on the phone.

She smirked at the message then thought to herself for a second. She slowly closed the journal and walked to the other side of the house, opening his office door quietly.

"Hey baby, you okay?" He glanced up at her and she just put a finger up to her lips.

"Focus on your meeting," she smiled at him and walked over to his desk and dropped to her knees.

"What are you-" He started but someone on the call called his name.

"Hi yes, that sounds great," Rafe smiled in the camera and Raven slid under the desk, "Raven," He mumbled, trying not to take his eyes off the screen.

"Hm?" She hummed sweetly, then unbuckled his belt, noticing he was already hard, "How did I make you this hard already?"

He was silent but she could see him gripping the sides of his chair, as she moved her hand up and down his cock. She slowly slid her mouth on him, slowly bobbing up and down. His hand softly tangled in her hair, as she picked up the place. He let out a grunt and played it off as he was clearing his throat.

"There uhm- they should be in your email, I will double check after the call though just to make sure," He let out then muted his mic quickly, "Shit, Raven fuck," He let out a quiet groan, his hips bucking.

He bucked his hips again, a moan escaping Raven's lips, then he came right then. She swallowed quickly, then scooted out from under the desk.

"Have a good rest of your meeting," Raven winked at him, then left the room back to the library.

She sat back down on one of the couches in the room, cracking the journal back open, but she was interrupted quickly.

"If anyone asks our dog was choking," Rafe slammed the library door behind him, then his stare pierced into her.

"What?" Raven slowly raised an eyebrow.

"The fuck do you think that was?"

"I don't know what you're talking about," She shrugged, looking back down at the journal, but he quickly took it out of his hands and threw it, scaring her a little, "Excuse you."

"You don't just pull a stunt like that you could have jeopardized my job," His face was at level with hers.

"Okay I wont do it again," She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, "My bad."

"Drop your fucking attitude," He looked from her eyes to her lips.

"Nah, I'm not doing that, you can't just yell at me, then try to fuck me, we don't work like that anymore," She looked him in the eyes and he just stared at her.

"Then don't pull stupid fucking stunts like that," He was inches from her face and her fight or flight kicked in.

"I said I won't again, go back to fucking work," She pulled him away gently to stand up and walk away but he took her arm spinning her around, then kissed her.

She let out a small moan, lacing her hands around his neck as he held her close. She pulled away and looked at him, his eyes searching hers.

"I can't believe you," She sighed, then walked out of the room.

"RAVEN DON'T DO THIS," He yelled then walked after her.

"DO WHAT RAFE. WHAT AM I DOING?"

"Stop trying to run from this," Rafe looked at her and she rolled her eyes.

"You're the one that lost your shit over me giving you head," She whipped her head around and he stared at her.

"Alright I'm sorry," He shrugged.

"No you're not."

"Raven, listen-" He held her shoulders and she rolled her eyes, "WHY ARE YOU ROLLING YOUR EYES."

"BECAUSE RAFE- EXACTLY THAT-" She accidentally let out a laugh and he raised an eyebrow, "Because you're yelling at me, for something stupid."

"I'm sorry," He sighed.

"I don't want to end up back where we started," She looked him in the eyes, trying to search for comfort but she couldn't find any, but then it registered what she was saying.

"Baby," He tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, "I love you, we will never go back to what we were."

"Promise?" She whispered causing him to notice he really hurt her.

"I promise," He kissed her forehead, pulling her closer, "I love you."

"I love you," She kissed him gently, his arms wrapped around her quickly.

"I never want to let you go," He mumbled into her neck, causing her to let out a small laugh.

"It's gonna take a lot more than you throwing a journal to scare me away Rafael," She looked him in the eyes and he just kissed her again.

"I really do not deserve you," He whispered, letting himself get lost in her gaze.

"Well that's too bad then, isn't it," She kissed him again and he lifted her up, a laugh escaping her mouth, but her legs wrapped around him to stabilize herself.

"You know," He smirked, "I don't have any more work today."

"Mmm?" A small smile formed on her face, causing him to roll his eyes.

"You don't know how to pick up on hints do you?"

"No I do," She got inches away from his face, "But I don't think you've deserved it."

"What do you want me to do? Beg?"

"Maybe," She smirked and he raised an eyebrow then chuckled.

"You're the only one who's going to be begging."
