A/N: Before we start, if this seems to be going WAY too fast for some peoples liking just let me know and I'll slow down the pace.

Y/N's POV: 

My mom flew out from Chicago today with Emmie. I'm going wedding dress shopping. It was quite hard because all of my friends, apart from Emmie are also Arizona's friends so we had to go through and share. Jo is my maid of honour, and Steph, Teddy and Emmie are my bridesmaids. Arizona's maid of honour is April, and Maggie, Meredith, and Amelia are her bridesmaids.

Jo, Steph and Teddy met me at my house before we made our way to the wedding dress boutique. Mom and Emmie were meeting us there. The bridesmaids dresses had been picked and the girls just needed to try them on. Arizona and I decided on a theme of Lilac and Yellow so my bridesmaids are in Lilac and with yellow flower crowns and Arizona's bridesmaids are in Yellow with Lilac flower crowns. The girls went and tried on their dresses. Jo had a slightly different adjustment on her dress, we added a white ribbon for the maid of honours, just so they can stand out a little. 

The girls all tried on their dresses and came out to show me and mom. "Oh my gosh look at you! You are all so cute!" I say as I get all excited. The girls all do twirls and the lady double checks their measurements so she can get those in for adjustments as soon as. Once the girls were all back they took the seat with my mom while I went and looked around for some dresses. I found 3 I liked and one I loved. 

"So y/n, which of these would you like to try on first?" Sandra, the store clerk asked. "Can I try this one on first" I say as I take hold of the gorgeous princess dress which I LOVED when I walked into the store. Sandra zips up the dress and clamps it. I look at myself in the mirror and it doesn't look as nice on me as it did the mannequin. I walked out to my family and friends. "I don't like this one anymore" I say with a slight frown on my face. "is that the one from the window?" Jo said. "Yeah but it looks like a different dress on me." I say. Steph then suggested. "maybe it's the style of dress, maybe you need to look outside of the 'Princess Dress' idea." She says, "Why don't we all go and find some dresses we think you'd like and then you can try them on." Steph continues. "I like that idea." I say as I head back to the dressing room to change out of this dress. Sandra takes the dresses I took in back out and returned with 6 dresses chosen by my bridesmaids and my mom. 

My eyes caught a gorgeous A Line dress which gave cottage core vibes. I took it off its hanger and Sandra helped me into it. She buttons up the back. "This one is a perfect fit, no need for the clamps." Sandra says. I walk out of the dressing room and head over to my family. They all looked at me in awe. "I love it!" I say as I give a twirl. I show them the back and I show them the vail that I had been looking at. Sandra came over with the vail so I could try it on. "Would you like to try it with a clip or a tiara?" She asks. "My hairdo is with a comb clip so preferably a comb clip?" I say as she heads over to her station. 

Sandra comes over and gently places the vail in my hair with the clip. The girls and my mom all look at me with tears in their eyes, "if this isn't the dress then I fear for how much your going to regret saying no" Teddy says as she looks at me stood looking at myself in the mirror. "This is the dress I'm going to marry my fiancé in." I say to Sandra. "So are you saying yes to the dress?" She asks. "Yes!" I say as the girls around me erupt in cheers. "I'm going to go and change out of this before you guys cry all over it." I say as I make my way back to the changing room. Sandra takes the dress to the register to check it out. "Did the dress feel okay?" She asks and I nod. "Well, if you are in need of ANY alterations between now and three weeks of your wedding date don't be afraid to come back and we'll get those sorted for you!" She says as I go to put my bank card into the machine. 

"No, I will be paying for your wedding dress!" My mom says as she walks over and puts her bank card into the machine. "But mom, we already agreed that I'd pay for my dress because you gave me your engagement ring" I say. "No buts. This is our only child's wedding day. We will pay for everything if we want to." She says as I hug her. Sandra puts my dress into a dress bag and we take it to the car.

Y/N:
Heading back now. Did you choose your dress?

Zona x:
Yeah, needs some alterations though. You?

Y/N:
Yeah, no alterations needed. Jo is going to look after it so you can't see it. x

Zona x:
Okay! April will be keeping mine until the night before the wedding anyway.

I pull into the driveway after dropping the girls off home and mom and Emmie at their hotel. We had already offered up the house to Arizona's parents before my mom and Emmie confirmed they were coming. 

Arizona had made me a cup of tea for when I got in and we sat and watched some TV. Arizona's parents were upstairs packing their things as they were heading home tomorrow. They had spent the last 2 days with us wedding planning and honeymoon planning. 

The sofa slowly sank with us as we lay all of our body weight onto each other as well as the sofa beneath us. When we both have days off we are always, most likely, attached at the hip. You very rarely see us apart, even at work so having a whole day away from each other was really hard. I don't like keeping secrets from Arizona but I can't show her a picture of me in the dress because it's bad luck. 

"I really want to show you my dress!!!!" I say as I just lie on Arizona's chest. "You can't beautiful, we don't want any bad luck!" Arizona replies. I sigh as she lets out a giggle. "Why don't you show me some of the dresses you said no to?" Arizona says and I take out my phone and scroll to the pictures of the dresses I didn't say yes to. I show her the princess dress. "I love you but you really don't suit ballgowns." She says. "I know we agreed on that verrrryyyy quickly." I say as we continue scrolling. 

As the sun begins to set and we suddenly have view of the moon we decide to head up to bed. We have a meeting at 8am in the morning so we must sleep and not have fun. We've been having a little bit too much fun recently. The other night we had a loooooong night of fun but we woke up the next morning to a text from the neighbour asking if we could keep down the noise. The laughs we got at work. 

Pulling the covers over ourselves, Arizona's hand made its way around my waist and pulling me in and I lay my head onto her chest as we just smile. Suddenly, Arizona starts laughing at something. "What are you laughing at?" I ask trying not to laugh also, Arizona's laugh is extremely infectious. "I was just thinking of what our first dance might be" Arizona says as she tries to control her laughter. "Why is it funny though?" I ask. "Because the song that came into my head when i thought about it." She says laughing again. 

"What song?" I ask knowing something silly is going to come out of her mouth. "Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me!" Arizona begins singing. I burst out laughing and Arizona's mom walks in and asks us what we are laughing about. "Arizona thinks our first dance should be to 'Don't Cha by the Pussycat Dolls'" I say as I start laughing again. It suddenly becomes a group laughing session. "of course that's the song that comes to my daughters head" Barbara says before leaving the room and heading back to bed. 

We drift off to sleep and I begin dreaming of what I dream our future would be.
