Chapter 5 The Talk

I looked deep into his eyes. They were the prettiest shade of blue I have ever seen, but I continued to wonder how he got that black eye?

"So Nikki," Ash sad breaking me out of my trance, "how's life been now that we're out of school?" Ash asked leaning back against his window frame

"It's been great," I said, "I was talking with Felix and he said that he was going to help me get into the same college he's going to,"

"Well good for you," Ash said, with a bit of anger in his voice, "not all of us can have everything given to us on a silver platter!" He said his voice getting louder and louder

"I didn't mean to offend you," I said hopping back into my room. I began to shut my window, "I'm sorry," I closed my window and looked at him

He was looking at me, I saw him mouth something but I didn't understand it. He rolled his eyes and jumped back into his window and slammed it shut, pulling his black drapes so I couldn't see inside.

I walked back over to my bed and flopped down and instantly fell into a deep sleep. I thought about Ash and about how he got that black eye and how mad he was when I talked about Felix, now that was interesting?

**Ashes POV**

She hopped back into her house, "I'm sorry," was all she said. She shut her window and looked at me.

"I forgive you," I said but I'm pretty sure she couldn't understand me. I rolled my eyes and hopped into my house shutting my window and drawing the curtains.

I turned and walked to my bed and flopped down on it and instantly fell asleep. I thought about Nikki, and the way she talked about Felix like he's some sort of God! When I know he is far from that.

**Nikki's POV**

I woke up to somebody beside me. They were warm, I felt safe in there arms. I opened my eyes and I saw Ash with a small smirk on his face. I pushed him off my bed, he fell to the floor with a 'thud!' I jumped up from my bed and walked to the other side to see him rubbing his head

"What did you do that for?!" He said standing up

"You climbed into my room and laid next me in bed! How was I supposed to react?!" I asked him becoming more and more angry

He smirked at me, "come on I know you liked it," he walked closer to me. I took a step back, "no I definitely did NOT!" I said. As he stepped closer to me, I continued to step back until I hit the wall. He came closer with a smirk on his face.

"I know you can't resist me," he said. He was now as close as he could be. Are chest were touching, my breathing became small and shallow. He leaned in close to me and I had to stop him from doing what he was thinking about doing. I thought of it and I knew I would regret it,

"H-how did you get a black eye?" I mumbled. He looked at me with anger and confusion in his eyes. He took a step away from me. I could finally breath. I took a deep breath and looked at him

"Why do you want to know?" He said looking at me

"I don't know, I just wanted to see if I could help in any way,"

"Help!?" He scoffed, "how would that help me?!" He whispered yelled, Knowing that my parents were right downstairs.

"Sometimes you have to talk about your problem's to make you feel better about them," I said looking straight at him. He laughed and ran his fingers through his hair

"If I tell you how I got this black eye you have to tell me why you have a cut above your eye," he said. I immediately placed my hand above my eye and felt the scar from 3 years ago, "fine," I said
