Chapter 9 The Way Home

I woke up to loud snoring. I groaned and sat up and saw Felix and Ash cuddling together, I put my hand to my mouth to muffle my laugh. I grabbed my phone and took a couple pictures. I finally got out of bed and tip-toed past them. I hoped into the shower, I walked out and saw that they were still cuddling on the ground. I walked to Ash and laid down next to him,

"Ash?" I whispered in his ear

"Hmm," He mumbled with his eyes still shut

I kissed his neck, he moaned in pleasure, "Nikki," I pulled away. He opened he's eyes and smiled at me. Suddenly he's eyes widened and looked down at Felix, who was fast asleep hugging Ash. Ash pushed Felix away and stood up, "Felix!" Felix sat up and looked at both of us

"what?!" he asked closing his eyes again, and falling to his pillow

"So how was your sleep?" I asked biting my tongue trying not to laugh out loud. Ash glared at me,

"We slept good, didn't we Ash?" Felix said standing up and smirking at him, Ash's mouth dropped open

"I'm going to kill you," he said looking at me

"what did I do?" I asked playing dumb

"oh, you know," he looked down at my phone then back at me, "what's on the phone?"

"nothing," I said looking at Ash and Felix who were smiling at each other. Then they both turned to me and started to run. I squealed in surprise. I ran to the opposite side of the room, I turned around to see them coming closer to me. I opened the door of our room and ran down the hallway, "Nikki!" Ash yelled after me.

I turned around and flipped them off. They stopped running and looked at me in surprise, with there mouths opened a little. I started laughing, "Oh, we're going to get you for that!" Felix said. They both started to run again.

I ran to the end of the hallway and saw that it was a dead end. I turned around to see a elevator. I looked at Ash and Felix running down the hallway to me. I ran to the elevator, turning to look at them one last time, with a flirtatious smile, I stepped inside, "Nikki wait!" Ash yelled. The elevator doors closed. I went to the roof of the motel and stepped out of the elevator. I looked at my surroundings, there was mountains all around me. The cool Utah air tickled my damp red hair. I closed my eyes taking deep breaths, trying to slow down my heart rate. I heard the elevator open and smiled at myself, "took you guys long enough," I laughed

"I think we are right on time," a deep voice said from behind me. I stiffened and opened my eyes. I turned around and came face to face with Max, and Nick smirking at me. I let out a shaky breath, "how did you find me?" I asked them taking a step back

"No matter where you go, we will find you," Nick said stepping closer to me, "I think it's time to go Ms. Ever don't you think so Max?" Nick asked turning to his brother

"Yeah I do, How about you Nikki?" He asked grinning evilly at me. I took a deep breath trying to think of a way out of this stupid situation. I could jump, I'm not that high up, I may get a twisted ankle but I would be far away from the the two hardy brothers! I let out a calm breath and put a fake smile on my face

"No," I said calmly, "I'm not leaving with you,"

Nick walked to me with Max close behind him. I backed up until I was next to the ledge of the motel. I looked down and saw that I was higher up then I thought I was. I turned back to them, Nick's face was inches from mine. He was fuming with anger, "We had a deal!" he said

"We did?" I asked playing dumb. Nick grabbed a handful of my hair and started dragging me back to the elevator. I screamed and started hitting him, he released me and through me to the ground. My head hit the ground and everything got blurry for a second, "Dude, do you want to kill her?!" Max said running over to me and helping me off the ground, I gave him and small smile and a thank you.
