Chapter 2 Ash Black

I woke up with a pounding headache! I rubbed my eyes and I heard my shower running, I got up and knocked on the door

"Um, Hello?"

"Who is it?" A girl called from inside, I rubbed my face. I slept with someone last night

"Just hurry up," I said walking back over to the bed

"I will, I have to look perfect!"

'Oh of course you do, because you're not like the rest of the sluts I slept with from my screwed up school,' I thought to myself. I grabbed and almost empty beer bottle and drank it. I know what you're going to say, day drinking is disgusting! Well, first of all screw you, and second of all, it calms my nerves and makes me careless and reckless.

The girl who was in my shower came out. She was a tall brunette and was wearing one of shirts over her body. She did a seductive walk over to me. I coughed out a laugh, 'they try to hard,' I thought to myself. She came and sat on my lap. She began kissing my neck.

"Get off," I said pushing her off me, "and get dressed," I walked out of the room and downstairs I was home alone (again), I groaned. I walked back upstairs to find the tall brunette wearing a very trashy dress but I liked it. It showed her leg and she had just enough cleavage showing to keep any guy interested. I grinned at her

"Like what you see?" She asked walking to me

"Of course, any guy would like this," I said pointing to her body, "but I'm not that guy,"

She stopped and looked at me. She looked hurt and used, well I did technical use her but she let me, willingly.

"I think you should go, Brittany," I said pointing to the door

"I'm Vanessa!" She yelled and stomped past me. I rolled my eyes, and ran after her. She walked out of the front door, I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked good for just waking up, I ran a finger through my jet black hair and ran outside. It wasn't until I was outside that I realized I had no shirt on, put I did have my sweats.

"Vanessa! Stop!" She finally stomped when she reached her car

"What?!"

"I'm sorry, it was a mistake to sleep with you and I'm sorry,"

Out of no where she pulled me into a slobber kiss, it was hard and I wanted it to stop. I pushed her away, "just leave Vanessa,"

"You're very confusing Ash," she said leaning closer to me, "I like that," and with that she jumped into her car. I turned away from the car and walked away I ran my hands over my face, when I felt somebody watching. I looked up and locked eyes with her. With Nikki Ever.

I looked at her wondering if I or if she would break the silence. She just kept staring at me

"Enjoy the show Nip?" I asked in my sarcastic tone

She rolled her eyes, "how many times have I asked you not to call me nip?!" She yelled over to me

"Um," I put my hand on my chin to act like it was a hard thing to think about, "to many to count," I said flashing her my best smile

She walked away from me. I ran with a huge grin on my face to her doorstep, I grabbed her shoulder to stop her, "come on nip, I'm just messing around,"

She slowly looked at me with a small smirk on her face. She instantly wrapped her arms around my neck. I looked at her in shock, but quickly wrapped my arms around her waist pulling her close.

"I want to show you something," she said to me, I smiled at her

"Okay," she moved her hands from my neck and on to my shoulders. Before I could register what was about to happen. I felt a pain in my lower area. I stumble backwards not wanting to fall in front of her, "what the heck was that for Nip?!"

"I want a different nickname," she said looking down at me. I coughed out a laugh, and stood up ignoring the pain in my lower area

"Fine I will call you... Nik," I said and almost immediately she said, "No," I looked at her with confusion, maybe she is hiding something from me?

"Okay, how about... K," I said I liked that and I didn't want her to say no, "nope you don't get a choice on this one I'm going to call you K," she rolled her eyes and walked to her door

I yelled to her, "K," she turned around obviously annoyed by me, "what?" she asked

"You look cute, today at least," I winked at her. She huffed in frustration and walked inside her house but before she had a chance to close it I yelled, "I love you K," she turned around and smiled, but then she brought up her finger flipping me off. I started laughing, she slammed the door.

I walked back home with my hands in my pockets. I ran up to my room and closed the door behind me. I changed into a blue T-shirt, with a pair of jeans that were ripped up. I grabbed my phone it had a text from my friend

-Felix:
"Hey dude, I don't know if you'll get this in time but I'm going to go to the mall with Sam, Charlie and of course Nikki. I was wondering if you would be interested in coming. Meet us there at 10:30"
-Peace out!

I looked over at the clock
10:15
"Crap," I muttered I grabbed my car keys and walked out of the house. I looked over at Nikki's house and saw her walk out to meet her friends, she jumped into the car without a sideways glance

I jumped into my mustang and rolled down the windows. I pulled out of my driveway and I was driving behind them. I saw Nikki look at me but I didn't care. It was only until she looked at me the second time I decided to do the same thing she did to me.

I smiled at her and, flipped her off. Her face turned into complete shock I started laughing I couldn't breath. She turned away from me, and I knew that today was going to be a good day.
