Secrets of the lost past

Chapter 24

This is definitely a new chapter of my life, this is just so unusual.

Since Jasper threw out Darius' board, we had to make the plan while talking.

We decided that during this, we'll all stay in Dimitry's house, more like mansion, and we'll keep everything we need in there. We also gave everyone positions:

Darius will be the "lord of crime" who manages all the deaths (sorry, I read a lot of crime)

Dimitry will help keep this private as long as possible

I will help in smaller jobs, and I'll get as much resources as possible

Jasper will get all the weapons and other things in shape, and he'll help Darius.

Eira's adoptive dad will help me get resources and to keep the house safe from everything.

One of the most important things is to keep all of this a secret from Eira, we told her we're moving to a better place, and that we're making friends.

-Okay, do we have everything we need, weapons and stuff?

-Wow, I've never seen you so serious, and I tend to like it very much -Jasper said, completely ignoring my question.

-I just don't want anybody to die, relax. Anyway, I brought some food, it's in the pantry. Jasper, can you make sure all the weapons are ready to use?

-Look at you being formal -Dimitry said, while he searched for some more vodka. -And you're going to pay for all my life juice!

-Look at you not being formal -Jasper replied to him.

-Everyone, we're all going to die if we don't take this seriously

-Darius stopped our hilarious argument. -Anyway, I think it's time to go on a killing spree now.

We laughed at how he called it "killing spree", and after that, he and Jasper left.

-Guys, you forgot something!

-What? -they asked, completely clueless of what they forgot. -your weapons. How would you kill people without those?
-Right -Darius said and he took the clean weapons off of the table.

They left. I never thought I'd say this, but they left to kill. The man who was killed inside, left to kill people physically. But, it's for freedom after all. It will be worth it in the end.

2 pm

They are back. All of those clean weapons they left the house with, all of those came back bloody and disgusting. One of them was exceptionally disgusting: Darius literally told me who each drop of blood belonged to.

-This one is...-he wanted to say, but instead, he broke out in tears. -It's my...my rapist's.

-Wait, she was here and you never told us? We could've declared you innocent! -Dimitry lashed out at him.

-Because I didn't want to kill her! -he lashed back and that was when I noticed his white hair was covered in the blood of his victims and his killer's as well.

-Go and take a shower before Eira sees you and she asks what is on your hair.

Too late. Eira came in and asked just what I was afraid of.

-What is on your hair?

-It's...it's just some hair dye. I got it in the wrong color and I have to go wash it off.

-Okay. By the way, I met a girl, who was my age, and I had so much fun with her today!

-That's amazing, I'm glad to hear you're getting used to this place. But one thing. Don't go outside alone, it's not very safe, and don't ever talk to strangers, alright? -Darius said to Eira.

He left to shower, and Dimitry asked Eira the second thing I was most afraid of.

-Do you know where your uncle's life juice is? Did you find any in the pantry?

Even though I was afraid of him asking it, I still laughed at Eira's reaction.

-What do you mean? Water's right there.

-I taught her well -I said and I noticed Dimitry looking at the hidden bloody weapons when Eira left.

-What's wrong? -I asked him.

-Nothing. It's just that they killed a little too much.

This was pretty weird for me. He thought of this whole thing.

Today, Eira brought her new friend to our house, and Darius had already killed her father. Her mother came after her and we started chatting.

-Did you hear about all the kills recently? -I asked, I didn't dare reveal who is behind all of it.

-I know! Luckily, this neighborhood is safer than the others.
