Third person's pov
As Jungkook turned around, he saw someone holding him from behind. The man's voice sounded concerned as he asked, "Are you okay?"
Jungkook nodded in response, offering a slight bow as he replied, "Thank you." He didn't pay much attention to the man's face and hurried inside the store. But for some reason, he couldn't shake off the strange feeling of connection to the man.
Inside the store, Sujae excitedly showed Jungkook two color paper sheets, eager for his opinion. But Jungkook's mind was elsewhere, lost in his thoughts. Hyunjae noticed his mother's distracted state and gently shook him, asking, "Eomma, are you okay?"
Jungkook forced a smile, trying to reassure his son. "Oh yes, I'm okay," he replied, though his voice lacked conviction.
Hyunjae studied his mother face, concern clear in his eyes. "Be honest with me, are you really feeling fine?" he pressed,
Jungkook's smile softened as he met Hyunjae's gaze. "I'm fine, Hyunjae,"
Then Jungkook turned to Sujae said "Pick the green one, it will look more good"
Sujae nodded with a smile.
In the car....
As they drove home, Jungkook's mind remained fixated on the stranger who had helped him earlier. Lost in his thoughts, he barely noticed the passing scenery, his brow furrowed with concern.
Suddenly, the car came to a halt, and Jungkook blinked, snapping out of his reverie. He looked up to see Hyunjae's concerned face staring back at him.
"Eomma, you're not okay," Hyunjae said, his voice filled with worry. "Look at your face, you look very distracted. And I think you're also running a fever. Do you feel tired? Nauseous?"
Jungkook shook his head, "Hyunjae, I'm fine, really," he insisted, " I was just thinking something."
Sujae piped up from the backseat, "What were you thinking about, Eomma?" he asked,
"Nothing important," Jungkook replied evasively, hoping to change the subject.
Hyunjae wasn't convinced, though. "No, it must have been important," he said, his tone persistent. "That's why it took your attention."
Jungkook felt frustration bubbling up inside him. "I'm telling you, it's nothing," he said, his voice rising slightly in irritation.
Hyunjae raised an eyebrow, "Look, now you're raising your voice," he pointed out, "It means you're frustrated."
Jungkook let out a sigh, "Yes, I am frustrated because you're not believing me,"
Before Hyunjae could reply, Sujae hit his back lightly and said, "If Eomma says he's okay, then he must be okay, stop overreacting, hyung."
Hyunjae muttered something under his breath and then he again started driving.
Meanwhile with Taehyung......
As Taehyung strolled through the supermarket with Heejin by his side, his mind wandered back to the encounter he had earlier with someone. Lost in his thoughts, he barely noticed Heejin's questioning gaze until she spoke up.
"Appa, where are you lost?" Heejin asked, her voice pulling him back to the present.
Taehyung shook his head, "Nothing, it's just that I saw someone earlier who reminded me of someone," he replied vaguely.
Heejin's curiosity was piqued. "Who?" she pressed, a teasing smile playing on her lips.
"Someone who was really special to me," Taehyung admitted,
