At General Hospital in Elizabeth, Elizabeth was feeling exhausted from helping out with Gabriella's accident when AJ came by. "Elizabeth, are you alright?" "No, I'm tired," she replied. "Why don't I take you home?" AJ asked as she started to feel pain, her hands on her stomach. "Elizabeth," she said, "the twins are coming." Just then, Portia came by. "Elizabeth," she said, "the twins are coming now." "Let's get you in a room," Portia suggested. "I'll be right there," AJ said, feeling a little nervous as Skye and Monica came over. "Elizabeth is having the twins," Skye said. "Go be with your wife," Skye told him. "Skye, I'm sorry about Gabriella," Elizabeth said. "Thanks, she's going to be alright. We just need to get her a kidney. We will talk later; go be with Elizabeth," Skye instructed. "Yes, go," Monica echoed. AJ left.
At Elizabeth's room, Elizabeth was on the bed when AJ entered. "AJ," Elizabeth greeted. "It's going to be alright," AJ assured her as Carolyn entered. "Carolyn, Elizabeth is in labor," she said. "Yes, I asked my mother to come in the room with me," Elizabeth explained. "Oh," AJ said, taking Elizabeth's hands.
Sarah and Hayden came by where Monica was in the hallway. "Sarah, Hayden, Elizabeth just went into labor," Monica informed them. "Oh, that's wonderful," Sarah said. "Yes, it is," Hayden agreed.
At Carly's, Carly was talking to Lucky. "Carly, I can tell you're lying. You need to be honest with me so I can help you," Lucky said. "I did get into my car and drove, and I was upset, but that's all that happened," Carly replied.
At a house, Ava was at her home, trying to figure out her next move when a man entered the room. "I informed them about what happened tonight," he said. "What is it?" Ava asked.
