At General Hospital - Gabriella's room, Gabriella was sleeping when Skye came in and sat beside her. "Oh Gabriella, I love you like a daughter; you are my daughter. I don't care about blood," Skye said as she touched her daughter's hair. AJ then entered. "How is Gabriella doing?" "She's going to need a new kidney. Oh AJ, I can't lose her. I don't care that she's not my biological daughter." "I know. I'm sorry about this." "It's not your fault. How are the twins?" "Perfect. Ian and Lyra." "Lyra, I love it." "Thank you. Elizabeth wanted to honor Laura." "Yes." "Skye, we will get Gabriella a new kidney, I promise you." "I know we will. One thing I can count on is Lorenzo to save our daughter," Skye said.
At the police station, Mac was talking to Spinelli, who was looking at security footage from the hotel. "It's hard to make out the car; it looks like a tan car, and a blonde woman was driving it," Spinelli said as Lucky entered. "Lucky, how did it go talking to Carly?" "I'm afraid she's hiding something." "Really?" "Yes. She had cuts on her arm," Lucky said, as a cop listened and made a phone call.
At Laura's hotel, Dex and Lorenzo were outside talking in the parking lot. "Dex, what did you find?" Lorenzo asked as Dex held up a bracelet. "A bracelet has the letter C on it." "Carly! She destroyed my family tonight and then ran over my daughter!" Lorenzo yelled as his cell phone rang. "Lorenzo, thank you for that information," Lorenzo said as he hung up. "My spy at the police station just informed me that Carly has a scar on her arms." "No, it must be Carly." "Yes, I'll deal with this," Lorenzo replied.
At General Hospital, in Elizabeth's room, Elizabeth was sleeping while the twins rested in the bassinet. Hayden entered and looked at them. "You both are so lucky. I wish your cousin Violet was here to play with you both," Hayden said as she touched the twins.
