Cayden looks around the Diagon Alley, Severus holding his hand and the stuff he needs for his second year at Hogwarts. He looks at where they are going and reads the name Flourish and Blotts before entering with Severus in front of him, stopping when he hears the familiar voice of Draco and Lucius Malfoy talking to someone.
Cayden moves around Severus and stands next to Draco, gaining the attention of the older Malfoy.
"Ah, you must be Cayden Potter." Lucius said, glancing at Cayden's forehead for a few seconds before looking into his blue eyes. "You have such beautiful eyes, Cayden." He compliments, he almost jumped when a hand is placed on his shoulder. He turned and looked at Severus, raising his eyebrows in question.
"Enough, Lucius." Severus said, moving to stand next to Cayden. He looks around the place, eyes stopping on the familiar Hufflepuff talking with his friends. "Is that Mr. Diggory I see?" He said, successfully distracting Cayden from Lucius. He looks down at Cayden, seeing him looking up at him with hopeful eyes. "Go on." He didn't even get to finish his words before Cayden moved around Harry, Ron, Hermione and the Weasleys.
"Cedric!" Cayden calls out, gaining the older teen attention.
Cedric turns and smiles at the sight of the approaching younger Hufflepuff. "Cayden." He greeted, wrapping his arms around Cayden in an embrace. "How are you doing?" He asked, pulling away from the Hufflepuff to look at him.
"Good, how are you?" Cayden asked, looking to where his Godfather is looking for the books he needs. Draco and Lucius have disappeared from the place, and Harry is now talking with his friends. He looks back at Cedric, listening to his response.
"Wonderful." Cedric said. "You should look out for Gilderoy Lockhart." He said, watching as Cayden raised his eyebrows in question and a little bit of concern. "It was just three minutes ago that that man pulled Harry into the crowd to get a picture with him." He said, disgust at how an older man pulled Harry out into the crowd just because he's the boy who lived. He's not the boy who lived, he's Harry Potter.
"That's disgusting of him." Cayden said, pulling Cedric out of his thought. "If he's so quick to pull Harry into the spotlight, who's to say he didn't steal those stories of his from someone else." He said, eyes lighting up as he looks up at Cedric. "What if he did steal those stories?"
"There's a chance." Cedric said, nodding slowly.
"Want to make a bet?" A Hufflepuff asked, wrapping his arms around Cayden's shoulders.
"What bet?" Cayden asked, turning his head to look at Aiden.
"If he is faking his stories, you win. And he doesn't, I win." Aiden said, smiling.
"And how are we supposed to know about that?" Cedric asked, crossing his arms over his chest.
"You can probably ask Harry about that." Aiden said, shrugging.
"Yeah, probably." Cayden said, shrugging as well.
"Cayden." Severus said, approaching his Godson and watches in amusement when Cedric straightened up. Though, he doesn't show it on his face. "Let's go get everything you need."
"You have the books?" Cayden asked.
"Unfortunately." Severus said, making Cayden snorts while Cedric has a smile on his face. He watches Cayden hug his friends before walking towards him. They leave Flourish and Blotts, making their way to the next shop.

Cayden looks around the Great Hall in concern at not seeing his twin brother anywhere. He wonders where Harry could be. Though, he did notice Ron not being in the Great Hall as well and that Harper and Hermione seemed to be looking for them as well.
